Claims (8)
1. Postupak dobivanja pripravka koji sadrži fermentirane morske alge i fermentirani biljni materijal; fermentirane alge i fermentirani biljni materijal; ili fermentirane morsku travu, fermentirane alge i fermentirani biljni materijal, postupak uključuje:
a) dobivanja cjepiva koje se sastoji u osnovi od bakterija koje proizvode mliječnu kiselinu;
b) dobivanja prvog materijala za fermentaciju, gdje navedeni materijal sadrži morske trave i/ili alge;
c) opcionalno, dobivanja izvora enzima, poput fosfataze, npr. fitaze;
d) kombinirajući materijale iz koraka a), (b) i opcionalno c), osiguravajući prvi kombinatorni materijal, pri čemu je cjepivo osigurano koncentracijom bakterija mliječne kiseline u cjepivu dovoljno da rastu bilo koje bakterije, kvasci ili plijesni prisutni u proizvodu iz koraka (b);
e) fermentiranje prvog kombinatornog materijala iz koraka d) primjenom cjepiva iz koraka a) pri temperaturi u rasponu 15-45° C i tijekom perioda u rasponu 2-40 dana; na taj način dobiva se prvi fermentirani sastav;
f) kombiniranje prvog fermentiranog sastava iz koraka e) s drugim materijalom za fermentiranje, pri čemu navedeni drugi materijal sadrži najmanje jedan proteinski biljni materijal koji ima sadržaj proteina od najmanje 20% težine suhe tvari, čime se dobiva drugi kombinatorni materijal;
g) fermentiranje drugog kombinatornog materijala iz koraka f), upotrebom prvog fermentiranog pripravka iz koraka e) kao cjepiva, tijekom najmanje 5 dana, poput 5-12 dana, popu 5-10 dana, poput 5- 7 dana ili 8-10 dana; na taj način dobiva se drugi fermentirani sastav; i
h) opcionalno, sušenja drugog fermentiranog sastava.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je postupak fermentacije homolaktična fermentacija usmjerena od homofermentativnih bakterija mliječne kiseline.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se fermentacija prikupljenog cjepiva morskih travi/algi pokreće u roku od 7 dana nakon prikupljanja.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se fermentacija izvodi na obali, primjerice na brodu, na stazi ili na izvan teritorijalnoj platformi.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, u cjepivu je kombinacija bakterija mliječne kiseline i industrijskih nusprodukata, poput krumpirovih kore.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je korak e) izveden pri temperaturi u rasponu 15-40 °C, kao što je 25-35 °C, kao što je 30-40 °C, kao što je 15-20 °C ili kao 40-45 °C.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da morske trave i/ili alge sadrže više od 10% težine suhe tvari (tež.%) kombinatornog materijala u koraku d).
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da su morske trave frakcionirane i gdje frakcionirane morske trave imaju prosječni maksimalni promjer od 5 cm, kao što je prosječni maksimalni promjer u rasponu od 25 mm do 5 cm.
