Claims (3)

1. Postupak za definiranje kroma slike kod video kodiranja visoke efikasnosti (HEVC - High Efficiency Video Coding) sadrži: izvođenje kroma intrapredikcijskog načina rada jedinice za predikciju: određivanje veličine tekućeg kroma bloka korištenjem informacija o veličini luma transformacije; generiranje kroma predikcijskog bloka tekućeg kroma bloka korištenjem kroma intrapredikcijskog načina rada; generiranje kroma rezidualnog bloka tekućeg kroma bloka korištenjem kroma intrapredikcijskog načina rada i parametra kroma kvantizacije; i generiranje kroma rekonstruiranog bloka dodavanjem kroma predikcijskog bloka i kroma rezidualnog bloka, gdje se parametar kroma kvantizacije generira korištenjem parametra luma kvantizacije određenog po jedinici kvantizacije i informacije koja naznačava odnos između parametra luma kvantizacije i parametra kroma kvantizacije, gdje je veličina jedinice kvantizacije jedna od dozvoljenih veličina jedinice kodiranja, gdje se minimalna veličina jedinice kvantizacije određuje po slici i gdje je parametar za označavanje minimalne veličine jedinice kvantizacije sadržan u skupu parametara slike, gdje ukoliko je veličina jedinice kodiranja jednaka ili veća od minimalne veličine jedinice kvantizacije, jedinica kodiranja postaje jedinica kvantizacije, gdje se informacija koja naznačuje odnos između parametra luma kvantizacije i parametra kroma kvantizacije signalizira u skupu parametara slike ili u zaglavlju isječka, gdje se parametar luma kvantizacije generira korištenjem prediktora parametra luma kvantizacije i parametra diferencijalne luma kvantizacije, gdje se prediktor parametra luma kvantizacije generira korištenjem dva parametra kvantizacije ukoliko su raspoloživa najmanje dva od lijevog parametra luma kvantizacije, gornjeg parametra luma kvantizacije i prethodnog parametra luma kvantizacije. gdje se dva parametra kvantizacije koji se koriste za generiranje prediktora parametra luma kvantizacije određuju u redoslijedu lijevi parametar kvantizacije, gornji parametar luma kvantizacije i prethodni parametar luma kvantizacije, gdje se kao prediktor parametra luma kvantizacije postavlja prosjek lijevog parametra luma kvantizacije i gornjeg parametra luma kvantizacije ukoliko su raspoloživi i lijevi parametar luma kvantizacije i gornji parametar luma kvantizacije, gdje se kao prediktor parametra luma kvantizacije postavlja prosjek raspoloživog parametra luma kvantizacije i prethodnog parametra luma kvantizacije ukoliko je raspoloživ samo jedan od lijevog parametra luma kvantizacije i gornjeg parametra luma kvantizacije, gdje se kao prediktor parametra luma kvantizacije postavlja prethodni parametar luma kvantizacije ukoliko nijedan od lijevog parametra luma kvantizacije i gornjeg parametra luma kvantizacije nije raspoloživ, gdje se parametar diferencijalne luma kvantizacije rekonstruira aritmetičkim dekodiranjem kodiranog parametra diferencijalne luma kvantizacije kako bi se generirao bin string i primjenom inverzne binarizacije na bin string, gdje bin string sadrži bin string koji naznačava apsolutnu vrijednost parametra diferencijalne luma kvantizacije i bin koji naznačava znak parametra diferencijalne luma kvantizacije.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, gdje se minimalna veličina jedinice kvantizacije podešava prema slici.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 2, gdje se minimalna veličina jedinice kvantizacije izvodi korištenjem parametra koji označava dubinu minimalne veličine jedinice kvantizacije i veličinu najveće jedinice kodiranja.
