Claims (17)
1. Farmaceutski pripravak sadrži nesferizirane granule od kojih svaka ima jedan aktivni farmaceutski sastojak i od kojih svaka ima predodređenu os i isti predodređeni profil poprečnog presjeka, pri čemu najmanje 80% od broja tih granula ima medijan omjera dimenzija iznad 1.1 i ispod 1.7, omjer dimenzija je definiran kao duljina granule duž predodređene osi podijeljena s najmanjom dimenzijom poprečnog presjeka.
2. Farmaceutski pripravak iz patentnog zahtjeva 1, pri čemu te granule imaju raspon omjera dimenzija manji od 0.9.
3. Farmaceutski pripravak iz patentnog zahtjeva 1 ili patentnog zahtjeva 2, pri čemu je najmanja dimenzija poprečnog presjeka između 0.25 mm i 2.5 mm.
4. Farmaceutski pripravak iz bilo kojeg od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je barem neka količina granula obložena.
5. Farmaceutski pripravak iz patentnog zahtjeva 4, pri čemu obloga kontrolira otpuštanje aktivnog farmaceutskog sastojka.
6. Farmaceutski pripravak iz bilo kojeg od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu aktivni farmaceutski sastojak sadrži protuupalni sastojak.
7. Farmaceutski pripravak iz bilo kojeg od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je aktivni farmaceutski sastojak 5-aminosalicilna kiselina.
8. Metoda za proizvodnju farmaceutskog pripravka obuhvaća sljedeće korake: proizvodnju nesferiziranih granula koje imaju predodređeni profil poprečnog presjeka i predodređenu os; razvrstavanje nesferiziranih granula u najmanje jednu frakciju prema njihovom omjeru dimenzija; i odabir za daljnju obradu onih nesferiziranih granula u danoj frakciji ili danim frakcijama, gdje je korak razvrstavanja nesferiziranih granula pod utjecajem prolaska nesferiziranih granula kroz svjetlosni separator, pri čemu granule ostaju bez svojstava koja su rezultat postupka sferiziranja, prije podvrgavanja granula koraku razvrstavanja, pri čemu svjetlosni separator sadrži površinu s oblikovanim šupljinama, površina je uređena tako da slijedi predodređenu putanju tako da će granule na površini, koje imaju predodređeni odnos između dimenzija zadane šupljine i duljine granule, upasti i biti razvrstane u određenu frakciju.
9. Metoda iz patentnog zahtjeva 8, pri čemu su granule pripravljene: prolaskom homogenizirane mokre mase kroz prozor za ekstruziju koji ima otvore ondje oblikovanih predodređenih dimenzija ; i usitnjavanje ekstrudirane mase zbog oblikovanja granula.
10. Metoda iz patentnog zahtjeva 8 ili patentnog zahtjeva 9, pri čemu je površina cilindar, predodređena putanja se rotira oko osi cilindra, a spremnik za skupljanje granula koje će biti razvrstane u određene frakcije smješten je dalje od osi cilindra.
11. Metoda iz bilo kojeg od patentnih zahtjeva 8 do 10 pri čemu je svaka od šupljina na površini pogodna za pojedinu granulu predodređenih dimenzija.
12. Metoda iz bilo kojeg od patentnih zahtjeva 8 do 11 pri čemu odabrane granule imaju svojstva granula iz bilo kojeg od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3.
13. Metoda iz bilo kojeg od patentnih zahtjeva 8-12, pri čemu su odabrane granule nadalje obložene farmaceutskom oblogom pogodnom za liječenje upalne bolesti crijeva.
14. Metoda iz bilo kojeg od patentnih zahtjeva 8 do 13 pri čemu se granule koje nisu odabrane za daljnju obradu nadalje ponovo usitnjavaju i slijedom dalje razvrstavaju prema njihovoj veličini.
15. Metoda iz patentnog zahtjeva 14, pri čemu se granule koje nisu odabrane za daljnju obradu nadalje ponovo razvrstavaju istim postupkom kao što je razvrstavanje granula u ranijem koraku razvrstavanja.
16. Uporaba svjetlosnog separatora u metodi za proizvodnju farmaceutskog pripravka, pri čemu je uporaba za vrijeme odabira nesferiziranih granula od kojih svaka ima predodređenu os i isti predodređeni profil poprečnog presjeka i od kojih barem dio ima aktivni farmaceutski sastojak, pri čemu duljina separatora obuhvaća površinu koja ima brojne identične ondje predoblikovane šupljine, svaka šupljina je pogodna za prihvaćanje pojedinačne, nesferizirane granule, površina je uređena tako da slijedi predodređenu putanju, tako da će nesferizirane granule početno zadržane u šupljini ispasti iz šupljine na mjestu duž predodređene putanje, pri čemu to mjesto ovisi o duljini određene nesferizirane granule.
17. Uporaba u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 16, pri čemu metoda za proizvodnju farmaceutskog pripravka obuhvaća primjenu oblaganja na odabrane nesferizirane granule tako da se aktivni farmaceutski sastojak u uporabi otpušta predodređenom brzinom.
