Derivati benzoilgvanidina opće formule I, naznačeni time, daR1 predstavlja C1-C8-alkil, heteroaril, nesupstituiran ili jednostruko ili višestruko supstituiran s razgranatom ili nerazgranatom C1-C4-alkilnom skupinom, cikloalkilnom skupinom, razgranatom ili nerazgranatom C1-C4-alkoksi skupinom, NH2-skupinom ili s primarnom ili sekundarnom amino skupinom, trifluormetilnom skupinom, cijano ili nitro skupinom ili halogenom, aril nesupstituiran ili jednostruko ili višestruko supstituiran s razgranatom ili nerazgranatom C1-C4-alkilnom skupinom, razgranatom ili nerazgranatom C1-C4-alkoksi skupinom, NH2-skupinom ili s primarnom ili sekundarnom amino skupinom, trifluormetilnom skupinom, cijano ili nitro skupinom ili halogenom, ili s 5- ili 6-članim heteroarilnim ostatkom, koji može sadržavati jedan, dva, tri, četilri ili pet, međusobno jednakih ili različitih heteroatoma iz skupine koju čine dušik, kisik ili sumpor, alkilaril nesupstituiran ili jednostruko ili višestruko supstituiran u arilnom i/ili alkilnom dijelu strukture s razgranatom ili nerazgranatom C1-C4-alkilnom skupinom, razgranatom ili nerazgranatom C1-C4-alkoksi skupinom, NH2-skupinom ili s primarnom ili sekundarnom amino skupinom, trifluormetilnom skupinom, cijano ili nitro skupinom ili halogenom, prema potrebi u obliku pojedinačnih tautomera ili prema potrebi enantiomera i njihovih smjesa, kao i u obliku slobodnih baza ili odgovarajućih kiselinskih adicijskih soli s farmakološki prihvatljivim kiselinama.
