The present invention relates to a cloaking device comprising a rail, a screen, a motorized drive device and a self-contained electrical power supply device. The screen is driven in motion by an electromechanical actuator of the motorized drive device, which is powered by an electrical energy from a battery module of the self-contained electrical power supply device. The electromechanical actuator and battery module are arranged inside the rail.
Generally, the present invention relates to concealment devices comprising a motorized drive device that moves a screen between at least one first position and at least one second position.
A powered drive device comprises an electromechanical actuator of a mobile sunscreen or closure such as a blade blind, pleated blind or any other equivalent device, hereinafter referred to as a screen.
The occultation device includes a rail, a screen, a motorized drive device, and an autonomous electric power supply device. The motorized drive device includes an electromechanical actuator. In an assembly configuration of the occultation device, the electromechanical actuator is arranged inside the rail, is configured to drive the screen to move, and is electrically connected to the autonomous electric power supply device. The autonomous electric power supply device includes a battery device. The battery module consists of a battery, a first mounting bracket and a second mounting bracket. The first mounting bracket is located at the first end of the battery module. The second mounting bracket is located at the second end of the battery module. Each of the first and second mounting brackets is located inside the rail and configured to hold the battery module inside the rail, in the assembled configuration of the cloaking device.
However, this document is silent on the one hand concerning the mounting of the electromechanical actuator in relation to the rail and on the other hand concerning the mechanical transmission between the electromechanical actuator and the screen.
The purpose of the present invention is to solve the above drawbacks and to propose a concealment device, comprising a rail, a screen, a motorized drive device and a self-contained electrical power supply device, which simplifies the installation of a battery module of the self-contained electrical power supply device and an electromechanical actuator of the motorized power supply device inside the rail.
The electromechanical actuator is located inside the rail, in an assembled configuration of the occultation device. The electromechanical actuator is configured to drive the tractor through the tractor array. The electromechanical actuator is electrically connected to the electrically independent electrical power supply. The electromechanical actuator consists of a second end opposite the first end, and the electromechanical actuator consists of a second end, the first end being the opposite end.The battery module consists of a battery. The electromechanical actuator consists of a mounting bracket and another mounting bracket. The mounting bracket is located at the first end of the electromechanical actuator, in the assembly of the occultation device. The other mounting bracket is located at the second level of the mounting bracket of the electromechanical actuator,in the assembly configuration of the cloaking device. Each mounting bracket of the electromechanical actuator is arranged inside the rail and configured to hold the electromechanical actuator inside the rail, in the assembly configuration of the cloaking device. Each mounting bracket of the electromechanical actuator includes an opening. The opening of each mounting bracket is configured to accommodate the drive shaft, in the assembly configuration of the cloaking device.
For this purpose, the present invention is intended, in the first instance, as a concealing device, the concealing device comprising at least:
a rail, screen, driving shaft, powered drive train, and autonomous electrical power supply, powered drive train comprising at least:
an electromechanical actuator, the electromechanical actuator being located inside the rail, in an assembled configuration of the cloaking device, the electromechanical actuator being configured to drive the screen through the drive shaft, the electromechanical actuator being electrically connected to the stand-alone electrical power supply, the electromechanical actuator comprising a first and a second end, the second end opposite the first end,the autonomous electrical energy supply system comprising at least:
a battery module, the battery module being located inside the rail, in the assembled configuration of the cloaking device, the battery module comprising a first and a second end, the second end opposite the first end,the battery module comprising at least:
a battery,a first mounting bracket, the first mounting bracket being located at the first end of the battery module, in the assembly configuration of the cloaking device, and a second mounting bracket, the second mounting bracket being located at the second end of the battery module,in the assembly configuration of the cloaking device, each of the first and second mounting brackets being located inside the rail and configured to hold the battery module inside the rail,in the assembly configuration of the cloaking device, the electromechanical actuator comprising at least:
a third mounting bracket, the third mounting bracket being located at the first end of the electromechanical actuator, in the assembly configuration of the cloaking device, and a fourth mounting bracket, the fourth mounting bracket being located at the second end of the electromechanical actuator, in the assembly configuration of the cloaking device.
Each of the third and fourth mounting brackets is arranged inside the rail and configured to hold the electromechanical actuator inside the rail, in the assembled configuration of the cloaking device. The first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets are identical. In addition, each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets includes an opening. The opening of each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets is configured to house the drive shaft, in the assembled configuration of the cloaking device.
Thus, such a construction of the cloaking device makes it possible to simplify the assembly of the battery module and the electromechanical actuator inside the rail by means of identical first, second, third and fourth mounting supports.
In this way, the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets are interchangeable and can thus allow the battery module and the electromechanical actuator to be mounted respectively inside the rail.
The first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets are therefore common mounting accessories of the battery module and the electromechanical actuator inside the rail.
In addition, the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets are designed to be passed through the drive shaft.
In this way the drive shaft can be driven in rotation by the electromechanical actuator around its axis of rotation through the opening of each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting supports, while avoiding collisions with the first, second, third and fourth mounting supports.
In addition, the mounting of the battery module and the electromechanical actuator inside the rail is carried out by means of the first, second, third and fourth mounting supports, so as to accommodate different rail profiles and, in particular, different rail internal face geometries.
In this way, the installation of the battery module and the electromechanical actuator inside the rail is carried out by selecting the first, second, third and fourth mounting supports suitable for a rail profile and, more particularly, for a geometry of the inner face of the rail.
This construction of the cloaking device also minimises rail width, while eliminating elements outside the rail and ensuring an aesthetic appearance of the cloaking device.
This construction of the cloaking device allows the battery module and the electromechanical actuator to be housed inside the rail without being raised above the rail, and the first, second, third and fourth mounting supports can be housed inside the rail without being raised above the rail.
According to an advantageous feature of the invention, the battery module also includes a housing.
According to another advantageous feature of the invention, the battery module housing includes a hood, and the housing housing is configured to house the drive shaft in the assembled configuration of the cloaking device.
According to another advantageous feature of the invention, the battery module housing comprises a first and a second compartment.
According to another advantageous feature of the invention, the battery module housing gap is preserved between the first and second compartments of the housing.
According to another advantageous feature of the invention, the battery module housing is less than the rail width. The electromechanical actuator also includes a crankcase. In addition, the electromechanical actuator crankcase is less than the rail width.
According to another advantageous feature of the invention, each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets comprises at least one lower edge, one upper edge and two side edges. Each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets comprises a notch at each side edge of these first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets. The rail comprises at least one bottom wall and two side walls. The rail comprises a protruding part at each side wall of the rail. Each protruding part of the first side walls of the rail is oriented towards the inside of the rail configuration.
According to another advantageous feature of the invention, in the assembled configuration of the cloaking device, the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets are attached to the battery module or electromechanical actuator respectively by means of assembly elements.
According to another advantageous feature of the invention, in the assembled configuration of the cloaking device, the holding of the battery module and the electromechanical actuator inside the rail is effected by pressure exerted by each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting supports on an inner face of the rail.
According to another advantageous feature of the invention, the opening of each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets comprises an outlet to an edge of these first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets.
Further features and advantages of the invention will be described below.

First, a home automation system 100 according to a first embodiment of the invention, installed in a building, not shown, with an opening, window or door, equipped with a screen 2 belonging to a cloaking device 1, in particular a blade blind, is described by reference to Figure 1.
In a variant not represented, the cloaking device 1 may be, inter alia, a pleated blind.
The cloaking device 1 shall preferably be located inside the building.
Alternatively, cloaking device 1 shall be located outside the building.
A variable blade blind conforming to the first embodiment of the invention is described by reference to Figure 1.
The cloaking device 1 consists of 3 blades, especially adjustable ones. The cloaking device 1 may also include a load bar 4. Here, the screen 2 is made up of blades 3 and the load bar 4. The load bar 4 allows a voltage to be applied to the screen 2.
In practice, the load bar 4 is fixed at the lower end of the screen 2 in an assembled configuration of the cloaking device 1 in the home automation system 100.
In the variant not shown, screen 2 includes a final blade to replace load bar 4 which can be weighed.
The cloaking device 1 comprises drive cords 5 configured to allow the vertical movement of blades 3 and the load bar 4.
In practice, blades 3 have 21 passing openings for each drive cord 5 respectively.
In the example shown in Figure 1, the cloaking device 1 also includes steering cords 6 configured to allow the blades 3 to be steered.
It is advantageous that in the assembly configuration of the cloaking device 1 in the home automation system 100, each blade 3 of the screen 2 rests on a part of the steering cord 6, particularly horizontal and which may be called a bar, connecting two strands of the steering cord 6, particularly vertical.
Thus, the steering cords 6 ensure a smooth vertical spacing of the blades 3 of screen 2.
The orientation of the blades 3 allows, among other things, to adjust the brightness inside a room of the building.
When the screen 2 and in particular the load bar 4 are lifted, the blades 3 overlap the load bar 4 to form a stack.
In an example embodiment, not shown, the cloaking device 1 consists of two backs. Each backs is arranged along one side of the cloaking device 2 screen. The backs are configured to cooperate with the 3 blades of the screen 2 so as to guide the 3 blades as the screen 2 unfolds and folds.
In another example, also not shown, the blades 3 are guided by two cables, each of which is arranged along one side of the screen 2 of the cloaking device 1.
The cloaking device 1 shall include a motorised drive device 7.
The electromechanical actuator 8 enables the screen 2 to be moved, in particular the blades 3 and the load bar 4 to be lowered or raised, i.e. the screen 2 to be unfolded or folded in a vertical motion.
The cloaking device 1 shall comprise a rail 9 in which the power train 7 and, in particular, the electromechanical actuator 8 are arranged in an assembled configuration of the cloaking device 1.
The rail 9 is laid, i.e. is configured to be laid, above the screen 2, in the assembly configuration of the cloaking device 1.
In general, rail 9 is placed above the building opening or at the top of the building opening.
The advantage of rail 9 is that it has a back wall 9a and two side walls 9b.
In the mounting method shown in Figure 1, rail 9 has a section shaped as U .
The powered drive 7 has a plurality of windings, the windings are configured to wind and unwind the drive 5 ropes so as to cause the vertical displacement of the blades 3 and the load bar 4.
Here, the power train 7 comprises two windings, not visible in Figure 1.
The number of windings is not limited and may be different, in particular more than two.
The 5 drive cords are connected to the 4 load bar on the one hand and to the coilers on the other.
In practice, in the assembly configuration of cloaking device 1 in the home automation system 100, the lower end of each drive cord 5 is connected to the load bar 4 and the upper end of each drive cord 5 is connected to one of the coilers.
Preferably, the windings are arranged inside rail 9.
The advantage is that the powered drive 7 includes tilting devices 13, generally referred to as tilters . The windings are respectively arranged inside a tilter 13, so the windings are not visible in Figure 1.
In addition, the overhangs 13 are arranged, i.e. are configured to be arranged, inside rail 9, in the assembled configuration of the cloaking device 1.
In the example shown in Figure 1, the power train 7 has two overturners 13.
The number of oscillators is not limited and may be different, in particular more than two.
Here, the 13 overhangs are arranged on either side of the electromechanical actuator 8. Preferably, each overhang 13 is arranged near a longitudinal end of the rail 9.
The overturners 13 are configured to drive the steering cords 6 to a limited angle of rotation, so as to orient the blades 3.
The advantage is that the power train 7 is controlled by a control unit, which may be, for example, a local control unit 14.
The local control unit 14 may be wired or wirelessly connected to a central control unit 15. The central control unit 15 controls the local control unit 14 and other similar local control units spread throughout the building.
The power train 7 shall preferably be configured to execute the movement commands, including the ascending or descending and, where appropriate, the steering commands, from the screen 2 of the cloaking device 1, which may be issued, inter alia, by the local control unit 14 or the central control unit 15.
The home automation system 100 comprises either the local control unit 14 or the central control unit 15 or the local control unit 14 and the central control unit 15.
The means of controlling the electromechanical actuator 8 allowing the movement of the screen 2 of the cloaking device 1 and the orientation of the blades 3 of the screen 2 shall include at least a first electronic control unit 19 as shown in Figure 3. This first electronic control unit 19 is capable of operating an electric motor 18 of the electromechanical actuator 8 and, in particular, of providing electric energy to the electric motor 18.
Thus, the first electronic control unit 19 commands, inter alia, the electric motor 18 to open or close the screen 2 and to orient the blades 3 of the screen 2 as described above.
The first electronic control unit 19 shall preferably include at least a first communication module 22 in particular for receiving commands, the commands being issued by a command transmitter such as the local command unit 14 or the central command unit 15 and these commands being intended to control the motorised drive device 7.
The first communication module 22 of the first electronic control unit 19 is of a wireless type, and in particular the first communication module 22 is configured to receive radio commands.
The first communication module 22 can also be used to receive commands transmitted by wired means.
The first electronic control unit 19, the local control unit 14 and/or the central control unit 15 can be used to communicate with a weather station, either inside the building or outside the building, including, inter alia, one or more sensors that can be configured to determine, for example, temperature, brightness or wind speed, if the weather station is outside the building.
The first electronic control unit 19, the local control unit 14 and/or the central control unit 15 may also be in communication with a server 27 in order to control the electromechanical actuator 8 based on data made available remotely via a communication network, in particular an Internet network capable of being connected to the server 27.
The first electronic control unit 19 can be controlled from the local control unit 14 or central control unit 15. The local control unit 14 or central control unit 15 is equipped with a control keyboard. The control keyboard of the local control unit 14 or central control unit 15 comprises one or more selection elements 24 and, optionally, one or more display elements 25.
As no limiting examples, the selection elements may be push buttons or sensitive keys, the display elements may be light-emitting diodes, an LCD display (acronym of Anglo-Saxon term Liquid Crystal Display ) or TFT (acronym of Anglo-Saxon term Thin Film Transistor ).
The local control unit 14 or central control unit 15 shall preferably include at least a second communication module 23.
Thus, the second communication module 23 of the local control unit 14 or central control unit 15 is configured to emit, i.e. transmit, control commands, in particular by wireless means, e.g. radio, or by wired means.
In addition, the second communication module 23 of the local control unit 14 or central control unit 15 may also be configured to receive, i.e. receive, commands, in particular by the same means.
The second communication module 23 of the local control unit 14 or central control unit 15 is configured to communicate, i.e. communicate, with the first communication module 22 of the first electronic control unit 19.
Thus, the second communication module 23 of the local control unit 14 or central control unit 15 exchanges control orders with the first communication module 22 of the first electronic control unit 19, either in one-way or two-way manner.
The advantage is that the local control unit 14 is a control point, which can be fixed or nomadic. A fixed control point can be a control box intended to be fixed to a facade of a building wall or to a side of the sleeper frame of a window or door. A nomadic control point can be a remote control, a smartphone or a tablet.
The local control unit 14 or central control unit 15 has the advantage of also having a controller 26.
The means of controlling the electromechanical actuator 8 shall include hardware and/or software.
As a non-limiting example, the hardware may include at least one microcontroller 29, as shown in Figure 3.
The power train 7, in particular the first electronic control unit 19, is preferably configured to execute displacement commands, including the unfolding or folding of the screen 2 of the cloaking device 1, and the orientation of the blades 3. These commands may be given, inter alia, by the local control unit 14 or the central control unit 15.
The power train 7 may be controlled by the user, for example by receiving a command to apply a lever to the selector 24 or selector elements of the local control unit 14 or central control unit 15.
The power train 7 may also be controlled automatically, for example by receiving a command corresponding to at least one signal from at least one sensor, not represented, and/or a signal from a clock, not represented, from the first electronic control unit 19, in particular the microcontroller 29.
The motor drive 7 including the electromechanical actuator 8 and the stand-alone electrical power supply 10 including a battery module 16 belonging to the cloaking device 1 in Figure 1 are described in more detail and with reference to Figures 2 to 6.
The electromechanical actuator 8 comprises a first end 8a and a second end 8b, as shown in Figures 2 and 3.
The electromechanical actuator 8 has the advantage of also having an electric motor 18.
The electric motor 18 comprises a rotor 38 and a stator, not shown, positioned coaxially around an axis of rotation X18.
The cloaking device 1 includes a stand-alone electrical power supply device 10 in that it provides power to the electromechanical actuator 8 without itself being connected to the mains power supply.
The stand-alone electrical power supply device 10 shall comprise at least one battery module 16. The battery module 16 shall be located inside rail 9 in the assembly configuration of the cloaking device 1.
Battery module 16 comprises a first end 16a and a second end 16b, as shown in Figures 4 and 5.
Here, the battery module 16 is electrically connected directly to the first electronic control unit 19 and thus to the electromechanical actuator 8 by an electrical power cord, not shown.
The advantage is that the battery 30 is rechargeable and provides electrical energy to the electromechanical actuator 8.
The advantage is that the battery 30 includes a plurality of energy storage elements 31, as shown in Figure 5. The energy storage elements 31 of the battery 30 may be, inter alia, rechargeable batteries.
The battery module 16 also has a second electronic control unit 28.
The advantage is that the stand-alone electrical power supply 10 and, in particular, the second electronic control unit 28 of the battery module 16 includes unrepresented charging elements configured to charge, i.e. to charge the battery 30 on a one-off basis from the electrical energy supplied by an external unrepresented electrical power supply, which may be, for example, a photovoltaic panel, an auxiliary battery or a power supply network, particularly when the battery 30 is insufficiently charged by the photovoltaic panel or the auxiliary battery.
The electromechanical actuator 8 also has at least one gearbox 12 and at least one output shaft 20, as shown in Figure 3.
The gearbox 12 shall comprise at least one reduction step, which may be an epicycloid gearbox.
The type and number of reduction steps of the gearbox are not limited.
Here and as shown in Figure 3, the electromechanical actuator 8 comprises a single gearbox 12 and a single output shaft 20.
The advantage is that the electromechanical actuator 8 also includes a brake, which is not represented.
The brake may be a magnetic brake, a spring brake, a cam brake or an electromagnetic brake, as examples, but not as limitations.
The advantage is that the electromechanical actuator 8 also includes a cartridge 17.
The advantage is that the electromechanical actuator 8 cartridge 17 has a 17a base and a 17b cover.
It is advantageous that in an assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 8, the electric motor 18, the gearbox 12 and, if necessary, the brake are located inside the housing 17 of the electromechanical actuator 8 and, more particularly, between the base 17a and the cover 17b.
Here and as shown in Figure 3, the first electronic control unit 19 is located inside the electromechanical actuator 8 housing 17 and, more specifically, between the base 17a and the cover 17b in the electromechanical actuator 8 assembly configuration.
Here, the electromechanical actuator 8 crankcase 17 is made up of two half-shells, forming the base 17a and the cover 17b respectively.
It is advantageous in the assembly configuration of the electromechanical actuator 8 to attach the lid 17b to the base 17a by means of fasteners 32.
Thus, the cover 17b is solidary with the base 17a, in the assembly configuration of the electromechanical actuator 8.
Here, the 32 fasteners of the lid 17b with the base 17a are fasteners, in particular six.
The number and type of fasteners for the lid and the base are not limited and may be different.
Here, in the assembly configuration of the electromechanical actuator 8, the fixing screws 32 pass through passage holes 33 fitted in the cover 17b of the cartridge 17 and are screwed into the housing 34 fitted in the base 17a of the cartridge 17.
In a variant not shown, in the assembled configuration of the electromechanical actuator 8, the attachment screws 32 pass through cleansed passage holes in the base 17a of the core 17 and are screwed into cleansed tapered housing in the cover 17b of the core 17.
The advantage is that the crankcase 17 of the electromechanical actuator 8 is made of plastic.
The cloaking device 1 shall also include a drive shaft 11.
The electromechanical actuator 8 is configured to drive, i.e. to move, the screen 2 via the drive shaft 11.
Thus, the drive shaft 11 is coupled to the electromechanical actuator 8 in order to move the screen 2 in particular by lifting or lowering the blades 3 of the screen 2 on the one hand and tilting the blades 3 of the screen 2 on the other.
Here, in the assembly configuration of the cloaking device 1, the drive shaft 11 extends inside rail 9 in a longitudinal direction of rail 9.
Here and as shown in Figure 2, in the assembly configuration of the cloaking device 1, the electromechanical actuator 8 and, more particularly, the crankcase 17, is configured to be traversed, i.e. is traversed, by the drive shaft 11, particularly through 35 holes cleansed in the crankcase 17 and, more particularly, in the base 17a and the lid 17b of the crankcase 17, of which only one is visible in Figure 2.
The advantage is that the output shaft 20 of the electromechanical actuator 8 is connected to the drive shaft 11 by means of a gear and, more particularly, of pulleys 36, especially two, as shown in Figure 3, where the drive shaft 11 is represented by its axis of rotation X11.
The number of gears connecting the output shaft of the electromechanical actuator to the drive shaft is not limited and may be different, e.g. three or more.
Here and as shown in Figures 2 and 3, the electric motor 18, the gearbox 12, the output shaft 20 and, if necessary, the brake are mounted parallel to the drive shaft 11 in the assembly configuration of the cloaking device 1. That is, the axis of rotation X18 of the electric motor 18, which is also the axis of rotation of the gearbox 12, the output shaft 20 and, if necessary, the brake, is parallel to, and laterally offset from, the axis of rotation X11 of the drive shaft 11, which is also the axis of rotation of the switchgear 13, in the assembly configuration of the cloaking device 1.
The electromechanical actuator 8 may also have a switching device, which is not shown.
In the case of a blade blind, a high position, particularly safety, is the support of a first blade 3 of the screen 2 against a component of the switching device.
The first blade 3 of screen 2 corresponds to the upper blade 3 of screen 2 in the assembly configuration of cloaking device 1 in the home automation system 100.
The switching device allows, in particular, to determine the reaching of the high position of the screen 2.
The electromechanical actuator 8 also has a counting device 37 which may also be called a stop and/or obstacle detection device.
Here, as shown in Figure 3, the counting device 37 is of a magnetic type and is arranged around the rotor 38 of the electric motor 18, inside the electromechanical actuator 8 and, more particularly, the crankcase 17, particularly between the base 17a and the cover 17b of the crankcase 17.
Such a counting device 37 may, for example, comprise a magnetic wheel 39, particularly mounted on the rotor 38, and one or more Hall effect sensors, not shown.
The type of counting device is not limited and may be different. The counting device may, in particular, include a magnetic ring, configured to form a plurality of position sensors, replacing the Hall effect sensor (s). It may be arranged at the output shaft of the electromechanical actuator instead of being arranged at the rotor of the electric motor. It may also be, for example, of an optical or temporal type and made to the microcontroller through the first electronic control unit.
A high end position, in particular of operation, is a high end position predetermined, in particular by means of the counting device 37.
In addition, a low end of runway position is a predetermined low end of runway position, in particular by means of the counting device 37, or the support of the load bar 4 against a threshold of the building opening, or the full deployment of the screen 2.
The electromechanical actuator 8 also has a ring 40. The ring 40 is mounted in a housing 53 of the cartridge 17. Here, housing 53 is mounted in both the base 17a and the cover 17b of the cartridge 17. In the assembled configuration of the cloaking device 1, the ring 40 is arranged around the drive shaft 11.
Thus, the ring 40 serves as a bearing to ensure the assembly and rotational drive of the drive shaft 11 in relation to the electromechanical actuator 8 and, more particularly, inside rail 9 in the assembled configuration of the cloaking device 1.
The ring 40 is held in position with respect to the drive shaft 11 by means of at least one clamping element, e.g. a pressure screw 56.
Here, in the assembly configuration of the cloaking device 1, the pressure screw 56 is screwed into a bolt 57 in the ring 40 and supported against the drive shaft 11.
Battery module 16 comprises a first mounting bracket 41a and a second mounting bracket 41b. In the assembly configuration of the cloaking device 1, the first mounting bracket 41a is located at the first end 16a of the battery module 16. Furthermore, in the assembly configuration of the cloaking device 1, the second mounting bracket 41b is located at the second end 16b of the battery module 16.
Each of the first and second mounting brackets 41a, 41b is arranged inside rail 9 and configured to hold, i.e. hold, the battery module 16 inside rail 9 in the assembled configuration of the cloaking device 1.
The electromechanical actuator 8 comprises a third mounting bracket 41c and a fourth mounting bracket 41d. In the assembly configuration of the cloaking device 1, the third mounting bracket 41c is located at the first end 8a of the electromechanical actuator 8.
Each of the third and fourth mounting brackets 41c, 41d is arranged inside rail 9 and configured to hold, i.e. hold, the electromechanical actuator 8 inside rail 9 in the assembled configuration of the cloaking device 1.
The first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d are identical.
In addition, each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d comprises an aperture 42. The aperture 42 of each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d is configured to accommodate, in other words to lodge, the drive shaft 11 in the assembled configuration of the cloaking device 1.
Thus, such a construction of the cloaking device 1 makes it possible to simplify the assembly of the battery module 16 and the electromechanical actuator 8 inside rail 9 by means of identical first, second, third and fourth mounting supports 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d.
In this way, the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d are interchangeable and can thus allow the mounting of the battery module 16 and the electromechanical actuator 8 respectively on the inside of rail 9.
The first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d are therefore common mounting accessories of the battery module 16 and the electromechanical actuator 8 inside rail 9.
In addition, the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d are designed to be traversed by the drive shaft 11.
In this way, the drive shaft 11 can be driven in rotation by the electromechanical actuator 8 around the axis of rotation X11 through the aperture 42 of each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting supports 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d, while avoiding collisions with the first, second, third and fourth mounting supports 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d.
Furthermore, the mounting of the battery module 16 and the electromechanical actuator 8 on the inside of rail 9 is carried out by means of the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d, so as to accommodate different rail 9 profiles and, in particular, different rail 9c internal face geometries.
In this way, the mounting of the battery module 16 and the electromechanical actuator 8 inside rail 9 is carried out by selecting the first, second, third and fourth mounting supports 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d suitable for a rail 9 profile and, more particularly, for a geometry of the inner face 9c of rail 9.
This construction of the cloaking device 1 also minimises the L9 width of rail 9, while eliminating elements outside rail 9 and ensuring an aesthetic appearance of the cloaking device 1.
Such a construction of the cloaking device 1 allows the battery module 16 and the electromechanical actuator 8 to be housed inside rail 9 without being over rail 9. Similarly, the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d can be housed inside rail 9 without being over rail 9.
The advantage is that the opening 42 of each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d is located in the central part of these brackets.
The first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d each have at least one lower edge 44a, one upper edge 44b and two side edges 44c.
The advantage is that the battery module 16 also includes a box 43. The battery 30 is arranged inside the box 43 in an assembled configuration of the battery module 16.
The advantage is that the box 43 of battery module 16 has a first end and a second end. Here, the second end of the box 43, corresponding to the second end 16b of battery module 16, is opposite the first end of the box 43, corresponding to the first end 16a of battery module 16. The first mounting bracket 41a is located at the first end of the box 43.
Thus, such a construction of the cloaking device 1 makes it possible to simplify the assembly of the battery module 16 inside rail 9 by means of the first and second identical mounting supports 41a, 41b.
In addition, the battery module 16's case 43 is universal, i.e. compatible with different rail 9 profiles and, more specifically, different rail 9c internal face geometries.
Advantageously, and as mentioned above, the crankcase 17 of electromechanical actuator 8 has a first end and a second end. Here, the second end of crankcase 17 corresponding to the second end 8b of electromechanical actuator 8 is opposite the first end of crankcase 17 corresponding to the first end 8a of electromechanical actuator 8. The third mounting bracket 41c is arranged at the level of the first end of the crankcase 17.
Thus, such a construction of the cloaking device 1 makes it possible to simplify the assembly of the electromechanical actuator 8 inside rail 9 by means of the third and fourth identical mounting supports 41c, 41d.
In addition, the electromechanical actuator 8's cage 17 is universal, i.e. compatible with different rail 9 profiles and, more particularly, different rail 9c internal face geometries.
The advantage is that the battery module 16's box 43 has a 43a base and a 43b cover.
The energy storage elements 31 of battery 30 are conveniently arranged inside the box 43 of battery module 16 and, more specifically, between the base 43a and the cover 43b in the battery module 16 assembly configuration.
Here, the battery module 16's case 43 is made up of two half-shells, forming base 43a and cover 43b respectively.
The advantage is that the cover 43b is fixed to the base 43a by means of fasteners in the battery module 16 assembly configuration.
Thus, the cover 43b is solidary with the base 43a, in the assembled configuration of the battery module 16.
Here, the fasteners of the cover 43b with the base 43a are fastener screws 46, in particular five.
The number and type of fasteners for the lid and the base are not limited and may be different.
Here, in the assembled configuration of the battery module 16, the attachment screws 46 pass through 47 clearance holes in the cover 43b of box 43 and are screwed into 48 clearance holes in the base 43a of box 43.
In a variant not shown, in the assembled configuration of the battery module 16, the attachment screws 46 pass through cleansed passage holes in the base 43a of box 43 and are screwed into cleansed tarouded housing in the cover 43b of box 43.
The advantage is that the battery module 16's case 43 is made of plastic.
The advantage is that the battery module 16's housing 43 includes a 49 housing, as shown in Figure 5. In addition, the housing 49 of the battery module 43 is configured to house, or lodge, the drive shaft 11 in the assembled configuration of the cloaking device 1.
Thus, the battery module 16's housing 43 is designed to be partially arranged around the drive shaft 11 by means of the battery module 16's gap 49.
Here, the gap 49 of box 43 is made as a concave zone formed in box 43 and extending along a longitudinal direction of box 43.
Here, in the assembly configuration of the cloaking device 1, the drive shaft 11 of the cloaking device 1 extends through the opening 42 of each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d and the clearance 49 of the battery module 16 box 43.
Here, the first and second mounting brackets 41a, 41b are configured to be assembled, i.e. assembled, inside rail 9 prior to the assembly of the battery module 16 onto the first and second mounting brackets 41a, 41b and the positioning of the drive shaft 11 inside the gap 49 of the box 43 of the battery module 16.
In this way, the battery module 16 can be mounted and dismounted in relation to rail 9 without the first and second mounting brackets 41a, 41b being solidly attached to the battery module 16 and while maintaining the drive shaft 11 in position inside rail 9, including when battery 30 is replaced on the battery module 16.
Preferably, the drive shaft 11 shall be inserted into the opening 42 of each of the first and second mounting brackets 41a, 41b prior to or when the first and second mounting brackets 41a, 41b are assembled inside rail 9.
Advantageously, the battery module 16 box 43 comprises a first compartment 45a and a second compartment 45b. In addition, each of the first and second compartments 45a, 45b of the box 43 houses at least one of the energy storage elements 31.
It is advantageous that in the assembled configuration of the cloaking device 1, the first and second compartments 45a, 45b of box 43 extend inside rail 9 in the longitudinal direction of rail 9.
The first and second compartments 45a, 45b of box 43 are conveniently parallel to each other.
Here, the first and second compartments 45a, 45b of box 43 have a circular section.
The shape of the section of the first and second compartments of the housing is not restrictive and may differ, in particular depending on the shape of the energy storage elements of the battery.
Advantageously, the cover 43b and the base 43a are designed to form together the first and second compartments 45a, 45b of the battery module 16 box 43.
Preferably, clearance 49 of cell 43 of battery module 16 is spaced between first and second compartments 45a, 45b of cell 43 in a direction perpendicular to the X11 axis of rotation.
Thus, the drive shaft 11 can be driven in rotation by the electromechanical actuator 8 around the X11 axis of rotation through the gap 49 of the battery module 43 while avoiding collisions with the battery module 16's box 43.
It is advantageous in the assembly configuration of the cloaking device 1 that the battery module 16 and the electromechanical actuator 8 are held in rail 9 by pressure exerted by each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting supports 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d on the inner side 9c of rail 9.
The advantage is that the box 43 of battery module 16 has a width L43 less than the width L9 of rail 9 and, in particular, less than a width L41 of each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting supports 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d. In addition, the box 17 of the electromechanical actuator 8 has a width L17 less than the width L9 of rail 9 and, in particular, less than the width L41 of each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting supports 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d.
Advantageously, in the assembly configuration of cloaking device 1, the lower edge 44a of each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d is supported against the back wall 9a of rail 9.
Advantageously, each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d includes a notch 50, at each of its side edges 44c. Rail 9 includes a notch 51 at each of the side walls 9b of rail 9. Each notch 51 of the side walls 9b of rail 9 is oriented inwards to the rail 9. Furthermore, in the assembly configuration of concealment device 1, each notch 50 of one of the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d is configured to cooperate, or otherwise cooperate, with the notch 51 of one of the side walls 9b of rail 9, so as to immobilise each of the first, 41a, 41a, 41 and 41a, 41 and 41a, 9 on the inside of the third mounting bracket.
Here, the protruding part 51 of each sidewall 9b of rail 9 is obtained by bending one end of one sidewall 9b of rail 9 into the inside of rail 9 and, more particularly, into the back wall 9a of rail 9 to form a curve.
In a variant, not shown, the protruding part 51 of each sidewall 9b of rail 9 is obtained by deformation of another type of one sidewall 9b of rail 9 into the inside of rail 9, e.g. by stamping in case rail 9 is made of metal.
It is advantageous that in the assembly configuration of the cloaking device 1, the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c and 41d are attached respectively to the battery module 16, in particular to the battery module 16 housing 43, or to the electromechanical actuator 8, in particular to the electromechanical actuator 8 housing 17, by means of assembly elements 52a, 52b, 52c, i.e. attachment or immobilisation elements.
Here, the assembly elements 52a of each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d are arranged around the opening 42 of these first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d. Furthermore, the assembly elements 52a of each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d are identical.
Here, and not by any means limiting, the assembly elements 52b of the battery module 16 box 43 are only housed in the base 43a.
The advantage is that the assembly elements 52b of the battery module 16 and the assembly elements 52c of the electromechanical actuator 8 are identical.
Advantageously, the assembly elements 52b of the battery module 16 and the assembly elements 52c of the electromechanical actuator 8 are complementary to the assembly elements 52a of each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting supports 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d, particularly in their respective shapes.
Thus, the assembly elements 52b of the battery module 16 and the assembly elements 52c of the electromechanical actuator 8 are configured to cooperate, i.e. cooperate, with the assembly elements 52a of each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d, in the assembly configuration of the cloaking device 1.
Here, the assemblies 52a, 52b, 52c are mounting assemblies.
In the variant not shown, assembly elements 52a, 52b, 52c are elastic fasteners.
It is advantageous that each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting supports 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d also comprises at least one cut 55 i.e. one opening.
Here and as shown in Figures 2, 4 and 6, each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d comprises two cuts 55.
The two cut-outs 55 are conveniently arranged on either side of opening 42 of each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d, so that the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d are symmetrical to opening 42.
The number and shape of the cuts are not limited and may be different, e.g. one, three or more, or circular.
Preferably, the cut-off 55 or each cut-off 55 of each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d is configured to allow one or more power cables, not represented, to pass inside rail 9 in the assembly configuration of the cloaking device 1, such cables being, for example, an electrical power cable electrically connecting the electromechanical actuator 8 to the battery module 16 and/or an electrical power cable electrically connecting the battery module 16 to the external power supply.
Thus, the power supply cable (s) is (are) housed inside the rail 9 without going outside the rail, following its electrical connection to the motor drive 7 and stand-alone power supply 10.
The advantage is that rail 9 may include an electrical connector, not shown, and the electrical connector is configured to electrically connect the battery module 16 to the external power supply.
The electrical connector is preferably positioned in one of the walls 9a, 9b of rail 9, which wall may be, for example, the back wall 9a or one of the side walls 9b.
The electrical connector is conveniently fixed to rail 9 by means of elastic fasteners.
In the second embodiment, shown in Figure 7, the elements analogous to those of the first embodiment have the same references and function as explained above. In the following, we mainly describe what distinguishes this second embodiment from the previous one. In the following, when a reference sign is used without being reproduced in Figure 7, it corresponds to the object with the same reference on one of the figures 1 to 6.
The cloaking device 1 and, in particular, the first, second, third and fourth mounting supports 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d according to the second embodiment of the invention are described herein with reference to Figure 7.
Here, the opening 42 of each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d comprises an outlet 54 to an edge 44a of these first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d. In addition, the outlet 54 of the opening 42 of each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d is configured to insert the drive shaft 11 into the inside of the opening 42 of these first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d when the cloaking device 1 is assembled.
Thus, the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d are designed to be mounted around the drive shaft 11 by means of the outlet 54 of the opening 42 of these first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d.
In this way, the outlet 54 of opening 42 of each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d is made into a slot, extending from an edge 44a to opening 42 of these first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d.
Furthermore, after the first and second mounting brackets 41a, 41b have been assembled on battery module 16, the sub-assembly thus formed is configured to be inserted, i.e. inserted, into rail 9 when the cloaking device 1 is assembled by placing the drive shaft 11 first inside the outlet 54 of aperture 42 and then inside aperture 42 of each of the first and second mounting brackets 41a, 41b and, concurrently, inside the gap 49 of box 43 of battery module 16.
In this way, the sub-assembly of first and second mounting brackets 41a, 41b and battery module 16 can be mounted and dismounted in relation to rail 9, while maintaining the first and second mounting brackets 41a, 41b in the battery module 16 and maintaining the drive shaft 11 in the rail 9, particularly when battery 30 is replaced by battery module 16.
It is advantageous that the opening 42 of each of the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d leads, through the outlet 54, to the lower edge 44a of these first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d.
The present invention makes it possible, by whatever means, to simplify the assembly of the battery module and the electromechanical actuator inside the rail by means of identical first, second, third and fourth mounting supports.
In this way, the first, second, third and fourth mounting brackets are interchangeable and can thus allow the battery module and the electromechanical actuator to be mounted respectively inside the rail.
Of course, many modifications can be made to the embodiments described above without going beyond the framework of the invention defined by the claims.
In a variant, not shown, the electromechanical actuator 8 has two gearboxes 12 and two output shafts 20, so that each output shaft 20 drives one of the windings in rotation. Each output shaft 20 is connected to a side of the carter 17 of the electromechanical actuator 8. Each output shaft 20 is connected to a drive shaft of one of the windings, by means of attachments, not shown. The attachments of each output shaft 20 to one of the drive shafts are, for example, screw attachments. Each output shaft 20 is thus rotated, at the level of one of the 13 shafts, by a separate connector with a base of 41 shafts. In the second case, each of the 41 shafts is connected by a separate electrical connection, in addition to the 41 shafts, which are connected through a second one. In the second case, each of the 20 shafts is connected by an electrical connection, and in the third case, 41 shafts, 41 in addition to the 20 shafts, are connected by a separate electrical connection.
In a variant, not shown, the box 43 of the battery module 16 may be made in one piece. In this case, the box 43 includes a passage opening, in particular to access each of the first and second compartments 45a, 45b, so as to insert the energy storage elements 31 inside the box 43 and, if necessary, to remove them when they are replaced, in particular by a sliding movement. The passage opening (s) of the box 43 are arranged at the first or second end of the box 43.
As a variant, not represented, the motor drive 7 and in particular the first electronic control unit 19 of the electromechanical actuator 8 comprise charging elements configured to charge, i.e. to charge, on a one-off basis, the battery 30 from the electrical energy supplied by an external electrical power supply, not represented, which may be, for example, the photovoltaic panel, the auxiliary battery or the power supply network of the power supply, in particular when the battery 30 is insufficiently charged by the photovoltaic panel or the auxiliary battery.
In a variant not shown, the first electronic control unit 19 is located outside the cage 17 of the electromechanical actuator 8 and, in particular, mounted on rail 9, in particular, inside or outside rail 9.
In another embodiment, not shown, the drive device 7 includes a plurality of drive cord 5 windings and a plurality of steering cord 6 rocker, the windings being distinct from the rocker. In this case, the drive cord 5 is connected to the load bar 4 on the one hand and to the windings on the other. The steering cord 6 is connected to the load bar 4, to the blades 3, as well as to the rocker. In practice, the lower end of each drive cord 5 is connected to the load bar 4 and the upper end of each steering cord 5 is connected to the excavators in a configuration in the outer, in the base assembly of the train, and in the top assembly of each train, the 6 rocker rods are connected in a configuration of 1 in the top 100m, and the 6 rocker rods are connected in a configuration of 1 in the bottom 100m.
In another example, not shown, the drive 7 includes two drive and steering chains for the blades 3 of screen 2, replacing drive 5 and steering 6. In this case, each chain is arranged inside a screen along one side of screen 2 of the cloaking device 1.
Furthermore, the envisaged embodiments and variants may be combined to generate new embodiments of the invention, without leaving the framework of the invention defined by the claims.
