Abstract

έθοδος κατασκευής απορρυπαντικού σκευάσματος υπό μορφήν ελευθέρων ρεόντων κόκκων και περιέχοντος ένζυμον, περιλαμβάνουσα τας φάσεις: α. καταστάσεως των επιφανειών απορρυπαντικών κόκκων-εχόντων μέγεθος τοιούτον ώστε σχεδόν 100% εξ αυτών να διέρχωνταιδια προτύπου κοσκίνου TYLER των 6 βροχίδων, 100% δε περίπου εξ αυτών να συγκρατώνται επί προτύπου κοσκίνου TYLER των 200 βροχίδων και μέσην πυκνότηταμάζης περίπου 0.2 έως 0.8 GM/OO-κολλωδών, δια τινος συνήθως στερεού μη ιονιζομένου επιφανειακώς ενεργού παράγοντος χαμηλού σημείου τήξεως, καθισταμένου ρευστού εις θερμοκρασίας περιλαμβανομένας μεταξύ 110 και 200ο F περίπου και στερεοποιουμένου κάτωτων 10ο F, ευδιαλύτου δε εις ύδωρ και προστιθεμένου εις αναλογίαν 3 έως ..... 90 επί εκατόν κατάβάρος μερών των ρηθέντων βασικών κόκκων και β. συγκολλήσεως επί των ρηθεισών κολλωδών επιφανειών των ρηθέντων βασικών κόκκων, επί τω σκοπώ σχηματισμού ετοίμων απορρυπαντικών κόκκων, ποσότητος ενεργών ενζύμων αντιστοιχούσης προς 0.001 έως 40 περίπου μέρη επί εκατόν, κατά βάρος, μερών ετοίμων κόκκων, των ρηθέντων ενζύμων προσκολλωμένων υπό μορφήν κόνεως εκλεγομένης εκ της ομάδος της αποτελουμένης εξ ενεργών ενζύμων και εξ ενζυμικών συνθέσεων, των ρηθεισών ενζυμικών συνθέσεων, όταν χρησιμοποιούνται τοιαύται, αποτελουσών περίπου πσοσοστόν ίσον προς 0.001% έως 60% του βάρους των ετοίμων κόκκων, της δε δραστικότητος των ενεργών ενζύμων εκδηλουμένης εις περιοχήν ρΗ μεταξύ 4 έως 12 περίπου και θερμοκρασίας 50 έως 185ο F.
