Abstract

Η αναλογική πυξίδα-φορτιστής (2) είναι μια ειδική αναλογική πυξίδα, η οποία όταν βρεθεί εντός ενός μαγνητικού πεδίου, όπως της γης, μπορεί να μετατρέψει το μαγνητικό αυτό πεδίο σε κάποια τάση ρεύματος, κατάλληλη για να φορτίσει τη μπαταρία (4) μιας σταθερής ηλεκτρονικής συσκευής (1). Χαρακτηρίζεται από τη μαγνητική βελόνα-πηνίο της (11), η όποια βρίσκεται σε ένα κυλινδρικό κέλυφος. Περιφερειακά ή/και στη μέση της βρίσκονται τα τυλίγματα-αγωγοί (15, 14) κάθετα στην κίνησή της. Όταν η μαγνητική βελόνα-πηνίο (11) τροφοδοτείται με κάποιο συνεχές ρεύμα, προσανατολίζεται παράλληλα της ευθείας βορράς-νότος. Όταν όμως, αλλάξουμε την πολικότητα τροφοδοσίας και συνεπώς και την πολικότητα της μαγνητικής βελόνας-πηνίο (11), αυτή τείνει να αλλάξει 180 μοίρες. Όταν τελικά συμβεί αυτό, ξανά αλλάζουμε την πολικότητά της, με συνέπεια τη συνεχόμενη περιστροφή της. Χάρη σε αυτήν, στα άκρα των τυλιγμάτων-αγωγών (14, 15) εμφανίζεται κάποιο ρεύμα, το οποίο το διαμορφώνουμε κατάλληλα για τη φόρτιση της μπαταρίας (4) της σταθερής ηλεκτρονικής συσκευής (1).
