Abstract
A system for producing electric energy, characterized by an ensured base power, with a steam cycle from renewable energy sources, such as solar energy and biomass, with suitable flexible use of theheat content collected from the sun, and a saving in combustible biomass. The system employs the solar energy after intermediate storage in a suitable system of storage tanks, which exhibit a different temperature level, for heating an operation medium, which is supplemented with biomass boiler working in an non-continuous manner for the vaporization of the medium, with intermediate use of a biomass combustion overheater operating in a continuous manner for the overheating and expansion of the medium in a turbine or other equipment for the production of electric energy.
