Abstract

Thiw machine for the production of electric power with a steam turbine generator assembly, where the steam is produced by a steam boiler heated by agricultural residues (pomace wood) and by its capacity to produce by burning 6,000 k/calory per kgr,allows the production of electric power for many large areas of our country, wherein if this technique is applied now that the combustible material is considered rare, native and annually produced, it will provide large economical benefits for our country. The method for drying the pits currently used shows an unjustifiable use of the pomace wood. Our novel method is that the pits are dried from moisture by steam produced from the burning of the pomace wood, and used in the first stage in a steam turbine with generator of the production of electric power, of any power level, and the recycling of the steam from the steam turbine is used for the drying of the oits (in many case at high temperature and high pressure). All the above machineryfor the execution of the above mentioned production cycle is commonly known and under European standards, the only custom-made component being the drying screw for the pits, which is depicted in full.
