Abstract
Novelty: a pellet burner furnished with an electronic exhaust temperature controller is disclosed. Constitution: an electronic exhaust temperature controller (6) which monitors, via a temperature sensor, the temperature of the exhausts exiting from the boiler; an electronic control system set at the panel (7) for the protection and retour of the flame; the internal supplier (4) is regulated to operate for more time (Δt: 4sec thereabouts) than the external one (3). Furthermore, the control system is regulated so that the blower (5) can operate in regular intervals (10min thereabouts) and during some seconds (10 seconds thereabouts) with the maximum of its power what leads to the removal of the ash for the related vat. The burner becomes able to parametrise the fuel supply and, consequently, to stabilize the burner's power in respect to the fuel features, via the aforementioned control system. Additionally, the above burner bears on the whole surface of the combustion vat (1) adequate apertures of various diameters. The combustion is oxygenated by air passing through two groups of apertures; the one group is found on the surface of the combustion vat to blow the fuel in the vertical directionand the other group on both sides of the internal supplier to blow the fuel in the horizontal direction. The precise distribution of the above air-supplying apertures ensures the complete combustion of the fuel.
