Abstract
Novelty: An in-hot galvanized support base assemblable via screws to support photovoltaic panels is disclosed. Constitution: An arrangement repeated at intervals of from 2 to 4 metres and constituted of a metal foundation post (1) of cast galvanized steel of original cross section (C,Z,U,IPE etc), a special metal piece (3) meant for the connection of the metal post (1) with the metal galvanized beam (2) of original cross section (C,Z,U,IPE etc), and a metal brace (4) of original cross section (C,Z,U,IPE etc) additionally connecting -along with the metal piece (3)- the metal post (1) with the metal galvanized beam (2); the metal posts (1) are interconnected onto said arrangement via the metal connecting prop (5) of original cross section (C,Z,U,IPE etc), while along the length of said arrangement four metalpurlins (7) of original cross section (C,Z,U,IPE etc) are connected to the metal galvanized beams (2); in the sequel, the photovoltaic panels (8) are placed on the aforementioned metal purlins (7) while themetal galvanized beams (2) are interconnected via diagonal anti-wind metal beams (6) of original cross section ((C,Z,U,IPE etc). The special metal piece (3) has longitudinal holes (14) at its two vertical blades (11,12) and longitudinal holes (15) at its inclined metal blade (13), which holes are designed to enable slight displacements at their connection positions in the vertical direction of the axis of the metal foundation post (1) and lengthwise the direction of the metal galvanized beam (2).
