Abstract

Η αυτοποτιζόμενη γλάστρα αποτελείται από δύο (2) κομμάτια , τον κορμό (Σχήμα 1α) και το πιάτο της (Σχήμα 1β). Τα υλικά κατασκευής της μπορούν να είναι μέταλλο ή πλαστικό (ΡVC). Ο κορμός της ουσιαστικά είναι ένα δοχείο μέσα στο οποίο εισέρχεται το νερό (Σχήμα 1α). Στον κορμό μπορούμε να δούμε: στο πάνω εξωτερικό μέρος του το πώμα (Σχήμα 1γ) από όπου γίνεται η είσοδος του νερού, στο κάτω εξωτερικόμέρος του την βάνα (Σχήμα 1δ) από όπου γίνεται η έξοδος του νερού, καθ' ύψος του τον διάφανο σωλήνα (Σχήμα 1ζ) από τον οποίο βλέπουμε την στάθμη του νερού που υπάρχει στον κορμό της γλάστρας και ακόμα στην βάση του μία οπή (Σχήμα 1ε) από όπου και γίνεται η απορρόφηση του νερού. Τέλος βρίσκουμε στο κάτω εσωτερικό μέρος του κορμού , ένα σπογγώδες υλικό (Σχήμα 1θ) τοποθετημένο πάνω στην οπή που απορροφά το νερό μεταφέροντας το στο χώμα και τις ρίζες του φυτού. Με την αυτοποτιζόμενη γλάστρα έχουμε την δυνατότητα να διατηρήσουμε τα φυτά μας ακμαία ακόμα και αν παραλείψουμε να τα ποτίσουμε καθημερινώς ή αν λείψουμε από το σπίτι μας χωρίς να χρειαστεί να ζητήσουμε από κάποιον τρίτο αν τα φροντίσει για εμάς.
