Abstract

Η προκείμενη αναγγελία περιλαμβάνει μία μέθοδο για την παρασκευή πιτσών, όπου κατ' αρχήν οι πίτσες υφίστανται ένα αρχικό ψήσιμο, κατόπιν πραγματοποιείται το ψήσιμο με γκριλ των αρχικά ψημένων πιτσών με θερμότητα από κάτω και ακολουθεί το τελικό ψήσιμο των πιτσών. Αμέσως μετά οι πίτσες επιστρώνονται (γαρνίρονται) περισσότερο και πραγματοποιείται ένα ψήσιμο από πάνω των πιτσών με θερμότητα από πάνω. Μετά το ψήσιμο ακολουθεί η τελική επίστρωση των πιτσών. ω
