The invention refers to a method of joining austenitic manganous steel castings of frogs of intersections or points with rails from carbonaceous steel by means of welding. Technical result of the invention is simplification of production engineering and conservation of high quality of the joint at use of an intermediate detail. The technical result of the invention is attained by that the intermediate detail which composition under the Shefler diagram corresponds to a nickel equivalent of 13-30 % and a chromic equivalent of 8-25 % is applied; length of an intermediate detail is accepted equal to 15-25mm.
