Abstract

984,651. Cushions. T. H. BOWERS. Aug. 15, 1963, No. 32247/63. Heading A4M. A padding unit which can be fitted over girderwork comprises a frame formed by two parts 10, 11 each of L-section pivotally connected by hinges having torsion springs tending to close the hinges, the outwardly directed surfaces of parts 10, 11 being covered by a layer of foamed rubber. The complete assembly is enclosed in a covering 19 of plastic.
