965,498. Cooking food; re-constituting dehydrated soup &c. NESTLES PRODUCTS Ltd. June 19, 1962 [July 18, 1961], No. 23590/62. Headings A2D and A2E. [Also in Division B8] A method of reconstituting a dehydrated soup or the like contained in a flexible waterproof sachet 1 of e.g. polyethylene, polypropylene or a polyamide, comprises introducing a liquid through a series of openings 3 in the sachet wall to a level 4 marked thereon, placing the sachet in a pan containing water so that the upper part, in which the openings are situated, is above the level of the water, and cooking the product in the sachet. A mark 5 on the sachet wall indicates the maximum permissible level of immersion of the sachet in the pan.
