909,251. Hydraulic brake cylinders. DUNLOP RUBBER CO. Ltd. Jan. 2, 1959 [Jan. 18, 1958], No. 1781/58. Class 103 (1). [Also in Groups XXII and XXVI] A closure disc 7 for a circular or squarebored cylinder @ or a disc brake calliper 2 has a sea plug 9 and is locked in the cylinder bore by deforming at circumferentially-spaced intervals a skirt 7a of the closure disc into an unequiangled groove in the cylinder bore or over a ring engaging complementary grooves in the bore and skirt. The friction pads 6 of the disc brake may be removed in a circumferential direction for replacement purposes.
