[Also in Groups X and XXV] A turnbuckle for closing and locking a skylight (see Group X) comprises two coaxial rods 1, 2 having screw threads 3 of opposite hands interconnected by an internally threaded sleeve 4 and supplemental locking means such as pins 8 axially slidable on the sleeve to engage the fixed bars 7 thus preventing rotation of the sleeve.
