[Also in Group V] A sealing disc a for crown cork and like closures has a bevel a1, a2 at the edge and has a diameter slightly greater than the internal diameter of the capsule so that the bevel is slightly deformed on insertion to wedge the disc in the cap. The bevel may be single as Fig. 1b.
