762,553. Rotary engines and pumps. SVENSKA ROTOR MASKINER AKTIEBOLAG. Oct. 25, 1954 [Oct. 27, 1953; Oct. 13, 1954], No. 30653/54. Class 110 (2). The intermeshing rotors 120, 128 of a rotary engine or pump are made of dissimilar material. One rotor may be made of plastic material or asbestos, glass or slag wool compressed with a phenolic aldehyde or silicone plastic whilst the other rotor may be made of chromium-plated steel or a surface-hardened metal alloy. The rotors may be journalled at both ends as shown or overhung, (see Specification 762,552, and Figs. 1 ... 4, not shown). Specifications 627,162 and 705,795 also are referred to.
