Abstract

750,108. Signs. ASSERSOHN, J. Feb. 28, 1955 [Nov. 27, 1953], No. 33052/53. Class 3(2) [Also in Group X] A sign comprises a metal body 1 having dished enamelled metal end plates 5 secured thereto by tension rods or wires 7; rubber or felt cushions being interposed as necessary. The members 7 are preferably welded or otherwise permanently fixed at one end to clip elements 8 and screwthreaded at their other end into sockets 9. The end plate is provided with locating lugs 10 for the members 7 and may be recessed to receive 'the heads of the socket members. The bottom of the member 1 is slotted to permit the egress of water and the member 1 may be welded or otherwise permanently secured to its end plates.
