Abstract

Metal, particularly wire or sheet metal, is passed through a solution of zinc chloride and one or more of lead, cadmium and stannous chlorides and then passed through or immersed in molten aluminium. The solution may also contain pure hydrochloric acid. Specification 673,016 is referred to.
