Class 18 A letter-box door plate has members C slidable in grooves to vary the longitudinal spacing of the securing bolts D, the members C having tapped holes c to enable the bolts to be adjusted vertically. The holes c are preferably arranged assymetrically with respect to the members C so that by inverting the members in their grooves, further vertical positions may be obtained.
