637,494. Moulding tubes. BRITISH THOMSON-HOUSTON CO., Ltd. March 4, 1948, No. 6786. Convention date, March 4, 1947. [Class 87 (ii)] [Also in Group XXVIII] A tubular body comprising bonded superposed layers of glass fabric 4 impregnated with synthetic resin such as melamine-formaldehyde, a phenol-formaldehyde condensation product or ureaaldehyde resins and for use e.g. as a cable conduit (see Group XXVIII), is placed in a mould and moulded under heat and pressure to impart a polygonal cross-section to the body. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 describes also channel-shaped bodies. This subject-matter, however, does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
