[Class 52 (iv)] A loose cover 1 for a vehicle seat provided with movable armrests has a detachable portion 2 fastened preferably by sliding clasps 4 on fasteners 3, which may be secured to the arm rest in operative position by resilient bands 5. When the armrest is not required the clasps 4 are released to allow the rest to pivot into the seat back and re-secured to complete the cover.
