571,756. Lamps combined with driving mirrors. HINDS, R. P. H. Oct. 14, 1943. No. 16879. [Class 75 (iii)] [Also in Group XXXII] A combined driving mirror and parking lamp comprises a disc 9 supporting the mirror on one side and having eccentrically arranged on the other side a lamp casing 8 showing white light forwardly of the vehicle through a hole 19. The casing 8 and disc 9, which may be of plastic material and integral with each other, are each diametrically divided, the upper and lower parts being shown in Fig. 3 and 4 respectively; a band 11 clamps the two parts together and the supporting arm 3 is secured to the casing 8 by a threaded sleeve 15 carrying the lamp 17, which may show red light rearwardly through a transparent part of the mirror 1 coloured red.
