Abstract

543,014. Rotary stands. TANGYES, Ltd., and MYERS, R. Jan. 27, 1941. No. 1057. [Class 52 (iii)] A stand for use in workshops, &c. comprises a number of rotary trays supported on a vertical pillar by means of detachable members fitting into grooves or holes in the pillar and retained in position by the presence of the trays. As shown in Fig. 1, the trays c rest on collars g divided into two or more parts and assembled within grooves in the vertical pillar b. The under sides of the trays are provided with recesses h fitting over the collars and retaining them in position The lower end of the pillar may be similarly secured within the base a by divided collars. In modifications, the divided collars are replaced by pins n, Fig. 3, which may be retained by shoulders on the pins or flanges on the trays. A detachable handle g retained by a pin s may be provided.
