Abstract

535,937. Exercising apparatus. WHITNEY, K. B. Oct. 14, 1939, No. 27914. [Class 132 (i)] [Also in Group VI] A foot exercising apparatus comprises a platform 16 carrying foot-exercising devices, and is movably mounted on a base by means of connectors 21 and spacers 22, Fig. 5, and connected to a vibrating motor 24. An inverted V-shaped member 28, Fig. 4, provides inclined foot-receiving surfaces adapted to support a person in a standing position and carries hard but somewhat resilient foot exercising ribs 34, 35. The motor is connected to the platform by an eccentric rod 25 pivoted at 27.
