[Class 18] A pouring spout for a canister consists of a rectangular piece 1 of stiff material with a lip 10 and two side wings 2, 3 carrying lugs such as 4, 5 bent up at right angles. One end of the opening in which the spout lies is convex so as to form a lip on which the end of the spout may rest and pivot.
