[Class 70] Bituminous compositions for making roads, footways, expansion joints for concrete &c: consist of bituminous material such as petroleum or tar pitch having a melting point of 140-250‹F. sawdust or other woody fibrous waste, and Portland or other calcaneous cement. Fillers such as sand or finely-divided stone or slag may be added.
