Abstract

402,603. Fuel admission devices. BOUTEILLE, J. J., 3, Rue Leconte-de-Lisle, Paris. Dec. 23, 1932, No. 36523. Convention date, Dec. 24, 1931. [Class 7 (iii).] The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 comprises fuel-injection valves. A plunger 34, Fig. 4 (Cancelled), controlling a discharge orifice is lifted by the discharge pressure against the action of a spring. The discharging fuel draws in air through a conical member 38 in front of the discharge orifice. In a modification, Fig. 10 (Cancelled), the fuel is discharged through a central orifice 79 and air is drawn in through lateral passages 88. The fuel discharge is controlled by a plunger 86, the fuel entering through grooves 81 and ports 84 in a liner 80. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
