[Class 131.] A hair clasp specially for flat curls comprises two resilient spring - pivoted clamping arms without any projections such as pins or teeth so that when in the closed position one arm is held substantially in contact with the other arm over its entire surface. In the illustrated form two resilient flat clamping arms 3 furnished with handles 2 are pressed together by springs 4. The arms may be made of different shape to the illustrated form and may be formed without an aperture. Where desirable the clamp as a whole may be bent to the shape of the head.
