326,473. Wood, E. A. Dec. 12, 1928. Road - surface bores; gratings.- A street gully grate and frame comprises the following parts in combination :- ( a ) adjacent recesses x, y in the grate and frame for positive opening by a crowbar, (b) pivot pins 2 on the grate adapted to fall into recesses 3 having overhanging projections 4, and (c) intermediate bridgepieces 6 for preventing the wheels of vehicles from passing between the grate and frame.
