324,163. Imray, O. Y., (I. G. Farbenindustrie Akt.-Ges.). Nov. 20, 1928. Electrodes.-Glycol is added to the active material of accumulator electrodes. In one example 100 parts of lead dust containing about 65 per cent of lead monoxide are mixed with 2.5 parts of barium sulphate and 20 parts of dilute sulphuric acid. Three parts of ethylene glycol are then added and the whole kneaded to form a paste. The barium sulphate may be omitted.
