Saucepans; heating and cooking vessels; bottoms; feet.-A supplementary internal vessel 1 having the bottom and sides perforated, and formed with a rim 3 of circular section is provided within a saucepan or other cooking vessel. The bottom may be detachable and may be of gauze or similar material, and a foot may be provided to space the vessel above the base of the saucepan. Two or more hooks 4, Fig. 4, are employed with the vessel to support it in the desired position in the pan.
