Indicating - mechanism. - In a coin-freed weighing-machine, the weight of the platform acts upon a rod 7 suspended at 7b from a lever 8<a>, 8b controlled by the weighing spring 13. The indicating pointer is mounted on the spindle 18a and is turned by a rack 17 suspended from a weighted lever 16 actuated by a lost-motion connection 14, 15a from the lever arm 8b. The arm 8<a> is connected with a dashpot 33. Specification 260,707 is referred to in the Provisional Specification.
