Hand driving-mechanism.-A winding drum is driven by a shaft 8 through pawl- and-ratchet mechanism and the shaft 8 is driven either by a detachable handle 7 or by an electric motor. The handle 7 fits loosely on a reduced end of the shaft 8 and has formed on it a hollow boss 9 which receives a pin 10 on the drum.
