268,907. Botterill, T. D. Jan. 26, 1926. Tensioning chains.-In a conveyer formed of endless chains 4, or their equivalents, with crossbars which push crates containing heated liquid in bottles through cooling tanks, the chains are driven by rollers 11 and pass over locse guide rollers 12, each pair of bottom rollers 12 being mounted on a common shaft 13 supported in bearings 14 adjustable by a screw device 15 along the channels 6 which support the tanks, so as to allow the tension of the chains to be varied.
