Abstract
The ceiling-mounted lamp comprises a mounting piece 2 for connecting a lamp body 1 onto a surface. A male connector and an abutting block 13 are between sliding rails 11 protruding from a back of the lamp body. The mounting piece includes a mounting block 21 with sliding blocks 22, a female connector 23 and an interface. In use the sliding blocks moveably engage the sliding rails, the male connector plugs into the female connector, and the interface engages the abutting block. Each sliding rail may include a sliding groove for receiving the sliding block. The interface may be a recess or an open abutting housing 25 on the mounting piece. Optionally the lamp body includes a guide groove between the sliding rails and the mounting piece includes a guide block movable in the guide groove. The female and male connectors may be on the guide block and on an end of the guide groove respectively.

Ceiling-mounted Lamp
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of light fixtures, and more particularly to a ceiling-mounted lamp.
Background Art
A conventional ceiling-mounted lamp is assembled by mounting a lamp body chassis, a connection terminal, and the like on a wall or ceiling in a locked manner. Specifically, it is necessary to lock the lamp body chassis into a mounting surface, lock the connection terminal into an interior of the lamp body chassis, and then connect relevant input harnesses in turn. During assembling and disassembling, it is necessary to use tools such as screwdrivers to mount or disassemble lamp body components in turn due to the locked arrangement, so the whole lamp body cannot be directly removed quickly and the assembling and disassembling process is complicated.
Summary of the Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the present disclosure is to provide a ceiling-mounted lamp which can be quickly assembled and disassembled.
In order to solve the above-mentioned technical problem, the technical solution adopted by the present disclosure is a ceiling-mounted lamp, including a lamp body and a mounting piece for connecting the lamp body with a mounting wan surface, at least two protruding sliding rails being provided on a back of the lamp body, and the sliding rails being arranged side by side; a male end and an abutting block being provided between the sliding rails; the mounting piece including a mounting block, a sliding block, a female end and an interface, two sides of the mounting block being provided with the sliding blocks, and the sliding blocks being in movable cooperation with the sliding rails; one side, corresponding to the male end, of the mounting block being respectively provided with the female end and the interface, the female end being plugged with the male end, and the interface being clamped with the abutting block.
The present disclosure has an advantageous effect in that: by pre-fixing the mounting piece on a mounting surface such as a ceiling or a wall surface, the sliding rails on the lamp body cooperate with the sliding block of the mounting piece during mounting, the lamp body is pushed along a length direction of the sliding rails, and under the clamping limit of the abutting block of the lamp body and the interface of the mounting piece, the male end of the lamp body is accurately plugged into the female end of the mounting piece, quickly completing the mounting of the ceiling-mounted lamp, and reducing the inconvenience in operation of mounting and locking in conventional technology.

Detailed Description of the Invention
Inn order to explain the technical contents, the achieved objects and the effects of the present disclosure in detail, the following description is made in conjunction with the implementations and the accompanying drawings.
With reference to FIGS. 1 to 9, a ceiling-mounted lamp includes a lamp body 1 and a mounting piece 2 for connecting the lamp body 1 with a mounting surface, wherein at least two protruding sliding rails 11 are provided on a back of the lamp body 1, and the sliding rails 11 are an-anged side by side; a male end 12 and an abutting block 13 are provided between the sliding rails 11; the mounting piece 2 includes a mounting block 21, a sliding block 22, a female end 23 and an interface 24, wherein both sides of the mounting block 21 are provided with a sliding block 22, and the sliding block 22 is in movable cooperation with the sliding rails 11; and one side, corresponding to the male end 12, of the mounting block 21 is respectively provided with a female end 23 and an interface 24, wherein the female end 23 is plugged with the male end 12, and the interface 24 is clamped with the abutting block 13.
As apparent from the above-mentioned description, the present disclosure has an advantageous effect in that: by pre-fixing the mounting piece 2 on a mounting surface such as a ceiling or a wall surface, the sliding rails 11 on the lamp body 1 cooperate with the sliding block 22 of the mounting piece 2 during mounting, the lamp body 1 is pushed along a length direction of the sliding rails 11, and under the clamping limit of the abutting block 13 of the lamp body 1 and the interface 24 of the mounting piece 2, the male end 12 of the lamp body 1 is accurately plugged into the female end 23 of the mounting piece 2, quickly completing the mounting of the ceiling-mounted lamp, and reducing the inconvenience in operation of mounting and locking in conventional technology.
Further, a sliding groove 14 is provided on the sliding rail 11, and the sliding block 22 is movably provided in the sliding groove 14; mid an upper end of the sliding block 22 is adhered to a side wall of the sliding groove 14, and a lower end of the sliding block 22 is adhered to the back of the lamp body 1.
It can be seen from the above-mentioned description that by means of the design that an upper end and a lower end of the sliding block 22 are respectively adhered to a side wall of the sliding groove 14 and the back of the lamp body 1, the sliding block 22 and the sliding rail 11 are in movable cooperation, and an upper limit and a lower limit of the lamp body 1 and the mounting piece 2 are provided; at the same time, a contact surface between the sliding block 22 and the lamp body 1 is also increased so as to have a certain resistance during sliding, so as to avoid easy sliding and falling; at the same time, the back of the lamp body 1 also serves as a sliding plane of the sliding block 22, and the pushing operation can be performed after the back of the lamp body 1 is abutted and adhered to the sliding plane.
Further, the interface 24 is formed by recess in one end, near the abutting block 13, of the mounting block 21.
It can be seen from the above-mentioned description that the interface 24 formed by the recess in the mounting block 21 can, on the one hand, be clamped with the abutting block 13, and, on the other hand, can reduce the overall mass of the mounting piece 2 as a lightening structure, so as to facilitate assembly.
Further, the mounting piece 2 further includes an abutting housing 25 disposed at one end, near the abutting block 13, of the mounting block 21; and one end, opposite the abutting block 13, of the abutting housing 25 is open to form the interface 24.
It can be seen from the above-mentioned description that the upper limit and the lower limit of the mounting piece 2 and the back of the lamp body 1 can be formed after the abutting housing 25 and the abutting block 13 are abutted, and cooperation of the sliding rail 11 with the sliding block 22 is assisted; and after the interface 24 of the abutting housing 25 is clamped with the abutting block 13, a circumferential coating is formed on the abutting block 13 to ensure a clamping and fixing effect.
Further, a guide groove 15 is recessed in the back of the lamp body 1 between the sliding rails 11.
and the mounting piece 2 further includes a guide block 26 disposed on a lower side of the mounting block 21 and in movable cooperation with the guide groove 15.
It can be seen from the above-mentioned description that through the movable cooperation of the guide groove 15 recessed in the back of the lamp body 1 and the guide block 26 of the mounting piece 2, the movable cooperation of the sliding rail 11 with the sliding block 22 is assisted, and it is ensured that the lamp body 1 can be quickly and accurately matched with the mounting piece 2.
Further, the male end 12 is provided at one end of the guide groove 15, and the female end 23 is provided on the guide block 26.
It can be seen from the above-mentioned description that by providing the male end 12 at one end of the guide groove 15 and the female end 23 at the guide block 26, the overall thickness of the assembled mounting piece 2 and the lamp body I can be reduced, the back of the assembled lamp body 1 would be closer to the mounting surface, the mounting gap between the lamp body 1 and the mounting surface can be reduced, and the accumulation of foreign matters such as dust and the like can be avoided.
Further, the guide groove 15 includes a first guide groove 16 and a second guide groove 17, the first guide groove 16 communicating with the second guide groove 17; on a corresponding plane of the back of the lamp body 1, a groove bottom of the first guide groove 16 is lower than a groove bottom of the second guide groove 17; and one end of the second guide groove 17 extends to an edge of the back of the lamp body 1.
It can be seen from the above-mentioned description that during mounting, the sliding of the guide block 26 can be limited in advance via the second guide groove 17, so as to prevent the sliding rails 11 on the back of the lamp body 1 from collision with the structure of the mounting piece 2 and damage when dislocation of sliding occurs; the guide block 26 therein follows the second guide groove 17 and the first guide groove 16 and continues to slide in, during which the sliding block 22 of the mounting piece 2 is in accurate cooperation with the sliding rails 11 under the sliding limit by the second guide groove 17.
Further, the mounting block 21 is U-shaped; the mounting block 21 includes a horizontal portion 27 and a vertical portion 28 perpendicular to both sides of the horizontal portion 27; a plurality of lightening grooves 29 are recessed in the vertical portion 28; and a reinforcing plate 210 is connected between the vertical portion 28 and the horizontal portion 27.
It can be seen from the above-mentioned description that the structural arrangement using the U-shaped mounting block 21 satisfies that the sliding blocks 22 on both sides thereof arc provided to form the vertical portion 28, while the middle structure thereof is reduced to form the horizontal portion 27 so as to reduce the overall mass; the degree of lightening of the mounting piece 2 is further increased by designing the lightening groove 29 in the vertical portion 28; the design of the reinforcement plate 210 between the vertical portion 28 and the horizontal portion 27 enhances the structural strength of the mounting block 21 after the lightening design.
Further, the mounting block 21 has a square shape; the mounting block 21 is recessed to form one lightening groove 29; and a hollow structure is provided at a groove bottom of the lightening groove 29.
It can be seen from the above-mentioned description that the overall mass is reduced by the provision of one integral lightening groove 29 formed by the recess of the square-shaped mounting block 21 and a hollow structure.
Further, the sliding rails 11 near both sides of the back of the lamp body 1 extend toward one side of the back of adjacent lamp body 1 to form a block-shaped structure; and the block-shaped structure is internally provided with a mounting space for arrangement of components inside the lamp body 1.
It can be seen from the above-mentioned description that the sliding rails 11 are extended and designed as a block-shaped structure, which can be used as a guide component to cooperate with the sliding block 22 to guide the mounting of the lamp body 1 on the one hand, and can, on the other hand, also be used as a mounting space for components inside the lamp body 1, such as a driving power source, so as to achieve a multi-purpose integrated design.
Example I:
As shown in FIGs. 1 to 3, the ceiling-mounted lamp of the present example includes a lamp body 1 and a motmting piece 2 for connecting the lamp body 1 with a motmting wall surface, wherein two protruding sliding rails 11 arranged side by side are provided on the back of the lamp body 1, and an inclined guide structure is provided on one end, into which the lamp body 1 slides, of the two sliding rails 11; at one end, which is away from the lamp body 1 sliding in, of the two sliding rails 11, a protruding abutting block 13 is provided between the corresponding two sliding rails 11, a male end 12 is provided on one side, which faces the lamp body 1 sliding in, of the abutting block 13, mid the male end 12 is integrally formed with the abutting block 13.
The sliding rails 11 are provided with a sliding groove 14 near one end of the back of the lamp body 1, and a plane of the back of the lamp body 1 serves as a side wall of the sliding groove 14. The mounting piece 2 includes a mounting block 21, a sliding block 22, a female end 23 and an abutting housing 25.
The mounting block 21 is square; both sides of one end, opposite to the abutting block 13, of the mounting block 21 arc provided with inclined surfaces cooperating therewith corresponding to the guide stricture of the sliding rails 11. Both sides of the mounting block 21 are provided with a sliding block 22, mid a lower end of the sliding block 22 is adhered to a plane of the back of the lamp body 1; the sliding block 22 cooperates with the sliding groove 14, and after the sliding block 22 slides into the sliding groove 14, the upper end thereof is adhered to a side wall of the sliding groove 14.
The mounting block 21 is recessed to form one lightening groove 29; and a hollow structure is provided at a groove bottom of the lightening groove 29. Two locking blocks 211 are respectively provided on both sides of the lightening groove 29 in the mounting block 21, and a locking hole is provided on the locking blocks 211. The mounting piece 2 is fixed to the ceiling or wall surface through the locking hole. The locking holes on both sides of the lightening groove 29 are arranged asymmetrically, mid regarding the two locking blocks 211 on the same side, one has a length direction being parallel to a length of the sliding rails 11 and the other has a length direction being perpendicular to the length of the sliding rails 11, and they can match different locking points.
The female end 23 is provided inside the lightening groove 29 on one side close to the male end 12, and the open design of the lightening groove 29 enables the female end 23 to have a sufficient contact surface with the outside after the female end 23 abuts the male end 12 to ensure the heat dissipation effect. At the same time, the space inside the lightening groove 29 forms an arrangement space of connecting wires of the female end 23, so as to facilitate the arrangement of the wires.
The abutting housing 25 is provided at one side, near the male end 12, of the mounting block 21, an interface 24 is provided inside the abutting housing 25, the abutting housing 25 covers a peripheral surface of the abutting block 13 after cooperating with the abutting block 13, and the clamping mid fixing of the lamp body 1 with the mounting piece 2 are achieved by the clamping and cooperation of the interface 24 with the abutting block 13 at the back of the lamp body 1.
Example II:
As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the ceiling-mounted lamp of the present example includes a lamp body 1 and a mounting piece 2 for connecting the lamp body 1 with a mounting wall surface, wherein two protruding sliding rails 11 arranged side by side are provided on the back of the lamp body 1, and an inclined guide structure is provided on one end, into which the lamp body 1 slides, of the two sliding rails 11; the sliding rail 11 is provided with a sliding groove 14 near one end of the back of the lamp body 1, and the plane of the back of the lamp body 1 serves as a side wall of the sliding groove 14.
An abutting block 13 and a guide groove 15 are provided on the back of the lamp body 1 corresponding to between the two sliding rails 11, the length direction of the guide groove 15 is parallel to the sliding rails 11, and the end of the guide groove 15 is provided with a male end 12; An abutting block 13 and an assembly block 19 integrally formed with the sliding rail 11 are provided on the back plane of the lamp body 1 corresponding to the upper side of the end of the guide groove 15, wherein the interior of the assembly block 19 is used for the arrangement of a driving power source; at the same time, the assembly block 19 is connected to the two sliding rails 11 at the same time, so as to improve the structural strength of the sliding rails 11.
The guide groove 15 includes a first guide groove 16 and a second guide groove 17, the first guide groove 16 communicating with the second guide groove 17; on a corresponding plane of the back of the lamp body 1, a groove bottom of the first guide groove 16 is lower than a groove bottom of the second guide groove 17; and one end of the second guide groove 17 extends to an edge of the back of the lamp body 1.
Specifically, a mounting groove 18 matching the mounting block 21 is provided on the back of the lamp body 1 corresponding to the portion between the sliding rails 11 and one side, into which end the lamp body 1 slide, of the sliding rails 11, the first guide groove 16 and the second guide groove 17 are provided at a groove bottom of the mounting groove 18, the second guide groove 17 extends beyond the mounting groove 18, and one end, away from the abutting block 13, of the first guide groove 16 is also away from the end of the sliding rail 11.
The mounting piece 2 includes a mounting block 21, a sliding block 22, and a female end 23.
The mounting block 21 is U-shaped; both sides of the mounting block 21 are provided with a sliding block 22, and a lower end of the sliding block 22 is adhered to a plane of the back of the lamp body 1; the sliding block 22 cooperates with the sliding groove 14, and after the sliding block 22 slides into the sliding groove 14, the upper end thereof is adhered to a side wall of the sliding groove 14.
The mounting block 21 includes a horizontal portion 27 and a vertical portion 28 perpendicular to both sides of the horizontal portion 27; a plurality of lightening grooves 29 are recessed in the vertical portion 28; and a reinforcing plate 210 is connected between the vertical portion 28 and the horizontal portion 27. Two locking blocks 211 arc provided in the lightening groove 29 on the two vertical portions 28, and locking holes are provided on the locking blocks 211. The mounting piece 2 is fixed to the ceiling or wall surface through the locking hole. The locking block 211 is connected to an inner wall of the adjacent lightening groove 29 with a reinforcing bar. One end, corresponding to the abutting block 13, of the horizontal portion 27 is recessed to form an interface 24. A lower side of the horizontal portion 27 is provided with a guide block 26 in movable cooperation with the guide groove 15, and an inside of the guide block 26 is provided with a female end 23. The assembled female end 23 is located in the guide groove 15, and the guide groove 15 can simultaneously serve as an arrangement space for a wire to which the female end 23 is connected.
The groove wall of one end, away from the abutting block 13, of the mounting groove 18 and the groove wall of one end, away from the abutting block 13, of the first guide groove 16 can both serve as a prompt structure when the lamp body 1 is disassembled, and when the sliding block 22 completely exits from the sliding rails 11, the corresponding relative positions of the lamp body 1 and the mounting piece 2 are designed to match the dimensions of the mounting groove 18 and the first guide groove 16, so that when the lamp body 1 slides to the guide block 26 abutting one end of the first guide groove 16 or the vertical portion 28 of the mounting block 21 abuts one end of the mounting groove 18, the operator cannot continue to slide the lamp body 1, and, at this time, it can be determined that the sliding block 22 completely exits from the sliding rails 11, and the lamp body 1 can be taken out downwards, so as to avoid being unable to directly observe the cooperation between the sliding block 22 and the sliding rails 11 during disassembly and forcibly pulling, thus damaging the lamp body 1 and the mounting piece 2.
Example III:
As shown in FiGs. 7 to 9, the Example III differs from the Example II in that the sliding rails 1 I near both sides of the back of the lamp body 1 extend toward one side of the back of adjacent lamp body 1 to form a block-shaped structure; and the block-shaped structure is internally provided with a mounting space for arrangement of components inside the lamp body 1. The block-shaped structure and the assembly block 19 between the sliding rails 11 together constitute an mounting space for arrangement of the components inside the lamp body 1, and can be used for mounting and arrangement of a driving power supply, etc. In this example, the block-shaped structure formed by the sliding rails 11 extending has an arcuate outer edge. The arrangement of the single guide groove 15 is adopted in another structural arrangement as compared with the structure of the Example II, and the position and the quantity of the locking block(s) 211 of the lightening groove 29 in the vertical portion 28 of the mounting block 21 arc adjusted adaptively.
In summary, the present disclosure provides a ceiling-mounted lamp, wherein by pre-fixing the mounting piece on a mounting surface such as a ceiling or a wall surface, the sliding rails on the lamp body cooperate with the sliding block of the mounting piece during mounting, the lamp body is pushed along a length direction of the sliding rails, and under the clamping limit of the abutting block of the lamp body and the interface of the mounting piece, the male end of the lamp body is accurately plugged into the female end of the mounting piece, quickly completing the mounting of the ceiling-mounted lamp, and reducing the inconvenience in operation of mounting and locking in conventional technology.

A ceiling-mounted lamp, comprising a lamp body and a mounting piece for connecting the lamp body with a mounting surface, at least two protruding sliding rails being provided on a back of the lamp body, and the sliding rails being arranged side by side; a male end and an abutting block being provided between the sliding rails; the mounting piece comprising a mounting block, a sliding block, a female end and an interface, two sides of the mounting block being provided with the sliding blocks, and the sliding blocks being in movable cooperation with the sliding rails; one side, corresponding to the male end, of the mounting block being respectively provided with the female end and the interface, the female end being plugged with the male end, and the interface being clamped with the abutting block.
- 2. The ceiling-mounted lamp according to claim 1, wherein a sliding groove is provided on the sliding rail, and the sliding block is movably provided in the sliding groove; and an upper end of the sliding block is adhered to a side wall of the sliding groove, and a lower end of the sliding block is adhered to the back of the lamp body.
- 3. The ceiling-mounted lamp according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the interface is formed by a recess of one end, near the abutting block, of the mounting block.
- 4. The ceiling-mounted lamp according to claim 2, wherein the mounting piece further comprises an abutting housing disposed at one end, near the abutting block, of the mounting block; and one end, opposite the abutting block, of the abutting housing is open to form the interface.
- 5. The ceiling-mounted lamp according to claim 1, or any other preceding claim, wherein a guide groove is recessed in the back of the lamp body between the sliding rails, and the mounting piece further comprises a guide block disposed on a lower side of the mounting block and in movable cooperation with the guide groove.
- 6. The ceiling-mounted lamp according to claim 5, wherein the male end is provided on one end of the guide groove and the female end is provided on the guide block.
- 7. The ceiling-mounted lamp according to claim 5 or claim 6, wherein the guide groove comprises a first guide groove and a second guide groove, the first guide groove communicating with the second guide groove; on a corresponding plane of the back of the lamp body, a groove bottom of the first guide groove is lower than a groove bottom of the second guide groove; and one end of the second guide groove extends to an edge of the back of the lamp body.
- 8. The ceiling-mounted lamp according to claim 1, or any other proceeding claim, wherein the mounting block is U-shaped; the mounting block comprises a horizontal portion and a vertical portion perpendicular to both sides of the horizontal portion; a plurality of lightening grooves are recessed in the vertical portion; and a reinforcing plate is connected between the vertical portion and the horizontal portion.
- 9. The ceiling-mounted lamp according to claim 1, or any other proceeding claim, wherein the mounting block has a square shape; the mounting block is recessed to form one lightening groove; and a hollow stricture is provided at a groove bottom of the lightening groove.
- 10. The ceiling-mounted lamp according to claim 1, or any other proceeding claim, wherein the sliding rails near both sides of the back of the lamp body extend toward one side of the back of adjacent lamp body to form a block-shaped structure; and the block-shaped structure is internally provided with a mounting space for arrangement of components inside the lamp body.
