Abstract

A Covid-19 balloon test comprising the process of testing air blown out by a person and captured in a Covid Balloon test balloon 101 which is sealed and transported to a test centre for testing of Covid-19, SARS, and other medical or non-medical conditions. Additionally, the testing of air blown out by a person is carried out by using a controlled environment machine, or in a laboratory to test for Covid-19, SARS, and other medical or non-medical conditions. The special balloon may comprise any suitable container or box suitable to capture, store and transport the captured breath.

Description

Covid Balloon Test (CBT)
Background
[1] Current PC R (polymerase chain reaction), A nti body and A ntigen tests for testing Covid and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SA RS) viruses is very inconvenient [2] RI PC R and A ntigen tests involves swab collected from the back of nose and mouth which is inconvenient to the person undergoing the tests. It is difficult to take swab from children.
[3] A nti body tests are also inconvenient and painful as it needs collection of blood samples.
[4] Taking swab from persons nose and mouth could cause person to sneeze which may spread virus to the air surrounding the person if he/she is infected with SA R S virus.
[5] It is mandatory to take swab tests to enter events, join various organisations and institutions worldwide and travel from one country to another. We need a better way to fly or travel from one place to other every day avoiding RT/PCR tests.
Summary
[6] Embodiment of the present invention suggests but not limited to Covid Balloon Tests which involves storing air blown out by a person in special balloons and this can replace inconvenient swab tests.
[7] Blowing a balloon can collect air from the back of the lungs. Balloons can be designed with different levels of strength so that it can be easier or harder to blow. Children as young as 3 years or even younger can blow balloons. It is easy thing to blow a balloon and mostly children enjoy doing it. Unlike normal balloons, balloons used for Covid Balloon Tests can be made with biodegradable material and can have an airtight valve to avoid air leaking out of the balloon.
[8] Covid Balloon Tests Balloons can be sealed in special packages if required to avoid any leaks. Covid Balloon Tests B al I oon-s testing can take place in but not necessarily in special lab environment. Special lab environment can store Covid Balloon Tests Balloons with identification numbers and test without leakage.
[9] V arious tests including but not limited to converting RNA to DNA and testing or mixing with solutions that can unleash specific viral proteins can be done on air inside Covid Balloon Tests Balloons.
[10] T he A ir inside Covid Balloon Tests Balloons can be tested on whether the person could potentially spread virus or not.
[11] Covid Balloon Testing is not limited to Covid and SA RS related virus testing. T he A ir inside Covid Balloon Tests Balloons can be used for testing non covid and non-SA RS related medical or non-medical conditions also.
Brief Description of the Drawings
[12] Fig 1 depicts an example two-dimensional view of a Balloon used for Covid Balloon Test.
[13] Fig 2 depicts an example two-dimensional view of a Balloon used for Covid Balloon Test packaged in a resalable bag or in a box.
[14] The diagrams depicted herein are illustrative. There can be many variations to the diagram, or the operations described therein without departing from the spirit of the invention. For instance, Balloon used for Covid Balloon Test shown in Fig 1 can be of any other shape and size. Balloon used for Covid Balloon Test can be designed into different shapes as per the user requirements with the help of an expert designer.
[15] In the accompanying figures and following detailed description of the described embodiments, the various elements illustrated i n the figures are provided with three-digit reference numbers.
Detailed Description
[16] Various embodiments of the invention are described herein with reference to the related drawings. Alternative embodiments of the invention can be devised without departing from the scope of this invention. Various connections and positional relationships (e.g., over, below, adjacent top, bottom etc.) are set forth between elements in the following description and in the drawings. These connections and/or positional relationships, unless specified otherwise, can be direct or indirect, and the present invention is not intended to be limiting in this respect A ccordingly, a coupling of entities can refer to either a direct or an indirect coupling, and a positional relationship between entities can be a direct or indirect positional relationship.
[17] Following definitions and abbreviations are to be used for the interpretation of the claims and the specification. As used herein, the terms "comprises, _ "comprising, _ " incl udes, _ "i ncl udi ng, _ "has, _ " hav ing, _ "contai ns_ or "containing,_ or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a nonexclusive inclusion. For example, a composition, a mixture, process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements is not necessarily limited to only those elements but can include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such composition, mixture, process, method, article, or apparatus.
[18] The terms "at least one and "one or more can include any integer number greater than or equal to one, i.e., one, two, three, four, etc. The terms "a plurality _ can include any integer number greater than or equal to two, [19] For the sake of brevity, conventional techniques related to making and using aspects of the invention may or may not be described in detail herein. V arious aspects of the systems and various technical and design features described herein are well known. Accordingly, in the interest of brevity, many conventional implementation details are only mentioned briefly herein or are omitted entirely without providing the well-known system and/or process details.
[20] Spatially rel ative terms, e.g., "beneath, _ " bel ow, _ " I ower, _ "above, _ "upper, _ and the like, can be used herein for ease of description to describe one element or feature's relationship to another el ement(s) or feature(s) as illustrated in the figures. It will be understood that the spatially relative terms are intended to encompass different orientations of the device in use or operation in addition to the orientation depicted in the figures. For example, if the device in the figures is turned over, elements described as "below-or "beneath_ other elements or features would then be oriented "above_ the other elements or features. Thus, the term "below-can encompass both an orientation of above and below. The device can be otherwise oriented (rotated 90 degrees or at other orientations) and the spatially relative descriptors used herein interpreted accordingly.
[21] Worldwide in most of the countries it is mandatory to do swab test to fly and join various events or organisations. Swab test is equally inconvenient to do for children and adults at home or in a RT PC R test centre. Taking swabs quite often causes person to sneeze and spread virus around the air if the person is infected with virus. Sneezing with scratches with swab in the back of the nose and mouth can cause blood to come out of nose and mouth.
[22] PC R tests are time consuming test which involves posting swabs to special laboratories where it is tested. A ntigen tests are instant but not as reliable as PC R tests.
[23] There remains a need to provide a better design the way we fly from one place to another or join an event better than swab tests.
[24] Turning now to an overview of the aspects of the invention, one or more embodiments of the invention addresses the above-described shortcomings of conventional swab tests.
[25] Air blown out of a person can be used instead of swab taken from nose and mouth for testing Covid 19, SA RS or any other medical or non-medical conditions. Blowing out air in public like an alcohol drink and drive test Breathalyzer is also an option if there is technology and availability of such a machine in a controlled environment. The person infected with Covid 19 could spread when they blow air in this case. Perfect test results need better analysis in a lab. So, it will be better to blow special balloon which can store and transport air from the the lungs of a person to the laboratory for testing.
Blowing air in the Covid Balloon Test Balloons can be done at home or in a socially distanced environment Once blown, balloons used for Covid Balloon Test can be stored and transported to laboratories for various medical and nonmedical tests that can be done on the air in it. This can help to avoid inconvenient and painful and swab tests we undergo before we travel internationally.
[26] Referring to Fig 1, embodiments of the invention include a balloon for storing air from the person undergoing test Covid Balloon Test. 101 indicates the body of the balloon. 103 shows an example of the air inlet with a valve for the balloon. 102 indicates an area where labels with identification number can be applied to identify the person who bl owed and filled the balloon and to identify the balloon itself. Balloon could be blown and send to a lab 48 hours before a person travel internationally to get test results before boarding the airplane like the current RT/PC R (Swab test) test done now a days.
[27] Fig 2 depicts an example two-dimensional view of a Balloon used for Covid Balloon Test 201 packaged in a resalable bag or in a box 202. Balloons used for Covid Balloon Test shown in Fig 1 can be made with different material including but not limited to rubber, plastic, special airtight paper, or biodegradable materials.
[28] Balloons used for Covid Balloon Test can be made of different shapes than shown in the example shape in Fig 1 and Fig 2. Any shape and size can be decided on based on how to transport and store this.
[29] All the devices mentioned above can be used separately or in combinations with one another. These devices can be used with existing technologies available in the market for testing Covid 19, SA RS or any other medical or non-medical conditions. Size and shape of the diagrams attached are solely shown for illustration purpose only. This can vary based on the requirements and designers choice.
[30] The descriptions of the various embodiments of the present invention have been presented for purposes of illustration but are not intended to be exhaustive or limited to the embodiments described.
