The copyright owner has no objection to the facsimile reproduction by anyone of the patent document or the patent disclosure, as it appears in the Patent and Trademark Office patent file or records, but otherwise reserves all copyright rights whatsoever.
Field of the Invention:
10001 The present inven s, in gene native display of wine collections on walls.
Description of the Related Art:
[0002] The following background information may present examples of specific spects of the prior art (e.g., without limitation, approaches, facts, or common wisdom) that, while expected to be helpful to further educate the reader as to additional aspects of the prior art, is not to be construed as limiting the present invention, or any embodiments thereof, to anything stated or implied therein or inferred thereupon.
[00031 Conventionally, wine racks are used in wine cellars or other wine storage areas to store numerous bottles of wine in a desired area. In such conventional vine racks, the bottles of wine are supported along the length of the bottle within a grid of generally rectangular cavities stacked upon and next to each other, etch rectangular cavil typically formed by pairs of parallel wood supports held in position by front and rear frame st uctu es 10004] These wine racks are generally solidly built wooden structures, and the cavities are capable of storing one or more bottles of wine vertically stacked on top of each other. Thus, the nature of these types of wine racks generally results in the bottles being stored in close proximity to each other, preventing air circulation around the individual bottles and providing inadequate measures for securing the wine bottles in the event the rack is bumped, jostled or otherwise moves. Therefore, wine bottles may fall off the rack resulting in loss of the product and a significant mess to clean.
10005] Conventional wine rack, is typically configured such that user places a bottle of wine longitudinally within one of the rectangular cavities such that when the rack is full of wine bottles, only the top ends (i.e., where the foil is swapped around the top end) of the wine bottles are generally visible when viewing the wine rack-and the labels on the wine bottle are not generally visible by the user. As such, in order to determine which type of wine etals/grape type, winery name, vintage/year, etc.) is stored in a particular cavity of such a e rack, the user may need to remove the bottle from the wine rack in order to view the label on the bottle.
100061 None of the proi art methods have been found to be completely suitable it these needs and are cumbersome. The present invention provides such a method and the overall combination of these features is nowhere disclosed in the prior art cited above which appears to be representative of the general art in this area although it is not intended to be an all-inclusive hating of pertinent prior art patents.
SUNINIARY
10007] In light of the disadvantages of the prior art, the following summary is provided to facilitate an understanding of sonic of the innovative features unique to the present invention and is not intended to be a full description. A full appreciation of the various aspects of the invention can be gained by taking the entire specification, claims, and abstract as a whole.
100081 In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides innovative use of the wine pins to give a stylish design for creative display of wine collections on user walls.

100101 Ye further feature of this invention is to provide a wine rack assembly that efficiently holds the wine bottles and can be built up into large wine racks from easily assembled sections.
100111 Briefly, it is a principal object of the invention in which each set of >ine pins are fixed back to a surface of user choice using a template provided to mark out the correct positions. User have 2 pills in a set, one for the left of the bottle (neck) and one for the right of the bottle (base) storing the bottle in its correct position horizontally and the label visible if desired.
[0012] This Summary is provided merely for purposes of summarizing some example embodiments, to provide a basic understanding of some aspects of the subject matter described herein. Accordingly, it will be appreciated that the above-described features are merely examples and should not be construed to narrow the scope or spirit of the subject matter described herein in any way. Other features, aspects, and advantages of the subject matter described herein will become apparent from the following Detailed Description, and Claims.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[00131 The accompanying figures, where like reference numerals refer to identical or functionally similar elements throughout the separate views, together with the detailed description below, are incorporated in and form part of the specification, and serve to further illustrate embodiments of concepts that include the claimed invention, and explain various principles and advantages of those embodiments.
100141 FIG. 100 is a view of the back side of the assembly.
10015] FIG. 200 shows front view of the invention.
10016] Skilled artisans will appreciate that elements in the figures are illustrated for simplicity and clarity and have not necessarily been drawn to scale. For example, the dimensions of some of the elements in the figures may be exaggerated relative to other elements to help to improve understanding of embodiments of the present invention.
10017] The apparatus and method components have been represented where appropriate by conventional symbols in the drawings, showing only those specific details that are pertinent to understanding the embodiments of the present invention so as not to obscure the disclosure with details that will be readily apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art having the benefit of the description herein.
