Abstract

A water outlet device with a replaceable joint nut comprises a water outlet main body 1, a housing 2, and a replaceable joint nut 3. The housing is provided with a mounting cavity (210 figure 8) for assembling the water outlet main body in a longitudinal direction. Mounting holes (211, 212 figures 2, 3) are formed respectively at each end of the housing. The bottom of the water outlet chamber (110 figure 3) of the water outlet main body is in communication with a water path (13 figure 7). The housing has an aperture 21 which is smaller (X1 figure 8) than the outer edge (X2 figure 8) of the joint nut to ensure the joint nut is fixed inside the water outlet main body. The split design between the joint nut and the water outlet main body, allows either piece to be renewed to extend the service life of the water outlet main body and the housing.

Description

WA 1 ER OUTLET DFAITCE WITT JOINT NUT The present invention relates to the field of sanitary ware, and in particular, to a water outlet device with a replaceable joint nut.
in the sanitary ware industry, water outlet devices generally require external water equipment, such as top sprays, hand showers, etc. 'Therefore, it is importance to design relevant and reasonable water joint coupling in a water outlet device. There are two commonly used methods at present, in one of which a metal nut is embedded for external connection while the water outlet main body is injection-moulded, and in the other of which a water joint coupling with threads are arranged while the water outlet main body is injection-moulded.
With the first method, during the injection pressure-preservation moulding process of the water outlet main body, the threads segment of the metal nut may be squeezed and deformed, resulting in deformation of the threads, and the entire product is scrapped and can't be used anymore. With the second method, since the threads are of plastic material, the material is more likely to get aged as the duration of use gets longer, resulting in deterioration of its strength and durability. Once the threads are damaged, the entire water outlet main body needs to be replaced.
Meanwhile, as for the conventional water outlet device, the general profile of the water outlet main body needs to match the profile of the housing, that is, a cylindrical water outlet main body matches a cylindrical housing, and a square water outlet main body matches a square housing, which leads ro the need for different housing shapes in order to match different water outlet bodies, thus the manufacturing cost is high.
The first object of the present invention is to provide a water outlet device with lower manufacturing cost and longer service life.
The second object of the present invention is to provide awater outlet device that can realize low-cost and diversified design.
in order to achieve the first object of the present invention, the present invention discloses a water outlet device, which comprises a water outlet main body, a housing and a joint nut. The housing is provided with a mounting cavity for assembling the water outlet main body penetrating its front and back along its longitude direction, and a mounting hole is formed respectively at each end of the housing. At least one water outlet chamber is provided at the radial position of the water outlet main body, the bottom of the water outlet chamber is in communication with the water path inside the water outlet main body, and the water outlet chamber has a built-in joint nut which can't rotate relative to the water outlet chamber. When the water outlet main body is set into the mounting cavity of the housing via the mounting hole, the housing is provided with an external hole at a position opposite to the water outlet chamber of the water outlet main body. 'the aperture X1 of the external hole is less than the outer aperture X2 of the outer edge of the joint nut to ensure that the joint nut is fixed at the inner side the external hole, and the inner hole of the joint nut and the external hole penetrate each other to form an assembly cavity.
With the above structure, the joint nut is non-rotatably set into the water outlet chamber of the water outlet main body. Preferably, the water outlet main body and the joint nut are made of plastic material, which is easy to fowl and low in manufacturing cost. Meanwhile, the joint nut is detachable. Once the threads get aged and the strength does not meet the requirements, the user can directly replace the joint nut to extend the service life of the overall water outlet device.
in order to achieve the second object of the present invention, the present invention discloses a water outlet device, wherein the water outlet main body is cylindrical in shape, and is further provided with a water joint coupling, one end of which is provided with a first connection part that can be externally connected to water equipment, and the other end of which is provided with a second connection part used for connection with a joint nut. A flow channel is provided inside the water joint coupling. The outer -wall of the second connection part is provided with at least one sealing ring and an external thread matched with the joint nut from the top down. The water joint coupling is inserted into the external hole and the inner hole of the joint nut sequentially via the second connection part, and is screwed into the inner hole of the joint nut via the external thread of the second connection part to realize connection between the flow channel of the water joint coupling and the water path inside the water outlet main body.
The second connection part of the water joint coupling is screwed to the joint nut to ensure that the water joint coupling is stably fixed on the water outlet main body.
Meanwhile, the first connection part of the water joint coupling is used to connect to an external water equipment. The water path between the external water equipment and the water outlet main body is connected via the flow channel within the water joint coupling. Since the water outlet main body is designed with a cylindrical shape in consideration of manufacturing cost and structural strength, and the water joint coupling is directly inserted into the external hole of the housing and the water outlet chamber of the water outlet main body, even if the housing is non-cylindrical, for example, the housing is otherwise shaped such as square, the housing can also be stibly fixed to the water outlet main body. Further, the water path inside the water outlet main body and the external water equipment are in communication with each other via the water joint coupling, thus there is no need to consider the water path sealing of the assembly gap between the water outlet main body and the housing, facilitating that housings of different shapes use the same cylindrical water outlet main body, which greatly reduces the manufacturing cost and improves the diversity of products.

An external hole 21 is provided respectively in the upper and lower directions of the middle position of the housing 2. As shown in Fig. 8, the aperture X1 of the external hole 21 is less than the external aperture X2 of the external edge of the built-in joint nut 3 of the corresponding water outlet chamber 11. In this embodiment, the aperture X1 of the external hole 21 is greater than or equal to the aperture X3 of the upper inner hole 331 of the built-in joint nut 3 of the corresponding water outlet chamber 11. The rotation-stopping notch 36 of the joint nut 3 facing the bottom 110 of the water outlet chamber 11 and the rotation-stopping block 111 of the water outlet chamber 11 are engaged with each other. Meanwhile, the arc-shaped notch 34 at the bottom of the joint nut 3 corresponds to a communication portion between the water outlet chamber 11 and the mixed water channel 13.
Step 2: As shown in Thg.3, Fig.8 and Fig.9, the positioning protrusions 23 at the end of the water outlet main body 1 are opposed to the positioning notches 22 at the end of the housing 2. With positioning cooperation of the positioning protrusions 23 and the positioning notches 22, the water outlet main body t with the joint nut 3 assembled is wholly placed in the mounting cavity 210 of the housing 2 so that the joint nut 3 in the water outlet chamber 11 above the water outlet main body t is aligned with the external hole 21 above the housing 2, thus the first assembly cavity 4 is formed; meanwhile, the joint nut 3 in the water outlet chamber 11 below the water outlet main body 1 is aligned with the external hole 21 below the housing 2, thus a second assembly cavity 5 is formed.
100211 Step 3: As shown in Fig. 9 and Fig. 10, the second connection part 611 of the first water joint coupling 61 is screwed into the inner hole 33 of the joint nut 3 of the first assembly cavity 4 to realize communication between the flow channel 63 of the first water joint coupling 61 and the water path in the first assembly cavity 4. The second connection part 621 of the second water joint coupling 62 is screwed into the inner hole 33 of the joint nut 3 of the second assembly cavity 5 to realize communication between the flow channel 63 of the second water joint coupling 62 and the water path in the second assembly cavity 5.
Step 4: As shown in Fig.11 and Fig.13, the water-mixing valve 7 is assembled at one end of the water outlet main body 1 and the water path switching valve 8 is assembled at the other end, then two handles 9 are assembled at both ends of the housing 2 to complete the assembly of the entire water outlet device.
