Description
QUICK-MOUNTED FENDER WITH SNAP-FIT STRUCTURE TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of bicycles, and in particular to a quick-mounted fender with snap-fit structure.
BACKGROUND
[0002] A fender is cumbersome to be fixed to and dismounted from a fork of a bicycle with the aid of tools, and it needs to consume a certain time in a dismounting procedure.
Therefore, a conveniently mounted and dismounted structure of the fender cannot be greatly provided for a user, and use requirements of people cannot be greatly met, in view of this case, a mounting structure of the fender on the existing bicycle should be improved.
SUMMARY
[0003] An objective of the present disclosure is to provide a quick-mounted fender with snap-fit structure in order to solve defects in the prior art.
[0004] To achieve the above objective, the present disclosure adopts the following technical solution: [0005] a quick-mounted fender with snap-fit structure comprises a fork and a fender; a stem is mounted under a handlebar, and a frame head tube is mounted under the stem; a fixing piece is mounted on the fork, and a pressing piece is fixedly mounted on the fixing piece; a fixed protrusion block is arranged on the fender; and an elastic piece is arranged at the bottom of the pressing piece, a square hole corresponding to the elastic piece is arranged at the top of the fixed protrusion block, and an opening corresponding to an end part of the fixing piece is arranged on a side face of the fixed protrusion block.
[0006] According to the above quick-mounted fender with snap-fit structure, a support spring clip is mounted at the lower portion of the fender, limiting spiral rods are arranged on the support spring clip, a fender stay is mounted on one side of the support spring clip, an adjusting nut is mounted on one side of the fender stay, a bolt is mounted at a back end of the adjusting nut, and a front hub is mounted at the middle portion of the bolt.
[0007] The fender forms a dismountable structure with the support spring clip through the limiting spiral rods, and the fender forms an elastic structure with the fender stay through the support spring clip.
[0008] According to the above quick-mounted fender with snap-fit structure, the fixed protrusion block on the fender is stamped and drawn from the fender.
[0009] According to the above quick-mounted fender with snap-fit structure, the fixing piece is L-shaped.
[0010] According to the above quick-mounted fender with snap-fit structure, the bolt penetrates the interior of the front hub, and the fork is in threaded connection with the fender stay through matching of the bolt and the adjusting nuts.
[0011] According to the above quick-mounted fender with snap-fit structure, the elastic piece and the pressing piece are integrally formed, and the elastic piece is V-shaped.
[0012] According to the above quick-mounted fender with snap-fit structure, the fixing piece is fixedly connected with the fork through a locking screw, and the pressing piece is fixedly connected with the fixing piece through a fastening screw.
[0013] The present disclosure has the beneficial effects: due to arrangement of the fixing piece, the fastening screw, the pressing piece and the elastic piece, the fixing piece and the pressing piece can be effectively fixed through the fastening screw such that the pressing piece can exert guiding and pressing functions. The fixing piece is inserted through the opening of the fixed protrusion block and is placed in the fixed protrusion block in a direction of the horizontal central line of the fixed protrusion block. The elastic piece is located in the square hole at the top of the fixed protrusion block. The fixed protrusion block and the fixing piece are limited by the elastic piece. The fixed protrusion block and the fixing piece are quickly connected so as to be conveniently connected with the fork through matching of the fixed protrusion block, the elastic piece, the fastening screw and the fixing piece by a user. When the user pulls the pressing piece in the direction of the vertical central line of the pressing piece, the elastic piece is separated from the square hole of the fixed protrusion block, and the fixing piece is drawn out such that the fender can be quickly separated from the fork; therefore, the fender is convenient to be dismounted.
[0014] The support spring clip is mounted at the lower portion of the fender, the limiting spiral rods are arranged on the support spring clip, the fender stay is mounted on one side of the support spring clip, the fender forms the dismountable structure with the support spring clip through the limiting spiral rods, and the fender forms the elastic structure with the fender stay through the support spring clip. The fender stay and the fender can be effectively elastically connected by the support spring clip. The fender stay supports and fixes the fender to prevent the fender from moving such that the fender can stably and continuously exert its functions.
