Aug. 30, 1924 Roads and ways, special materials for; macadamized roads.-A, bituminous material for making, surfacing, or patching roads by a cold process consists of a mixture of powdered oilpitch, having a melting point of substantially 230‹ F., and a fine mineral or organic aggregate such as sand. The aggregate is preferably wetted with fuel oil which acts to soften the pitch when the mixture is rolled in. Specification 236,050 is referred to.
