Abstract

A computer implemented Flexible and Intelligent Digital Asset Trading and Streaming platform (FIDATS) is provided. Target content based advertising is implemented by integrating and streaming of digital assets and advertisement assets based on ad-space association information. The ad-space association is created by means of a flexible and customizable ad-space negotiation process between content owner and advertiser by making use of FIDATS' brokering and routing algorithm. The platform may provide a content owner interface 201 so that the content owners can upload their digital assets and set ad-space criterion for the asset to offer to advertisers. An advertiser interface can be provided to display published digital assets and offers submitted by content owners, so the advertiser can pick an advert as per their advertisement strategy. The content owner can offer their digital assets under their preferred brand/shop name. A viewer can browse the digital assets and select them to watch either with or without supplementing advertisements.

1, Facility to create ad-campaigns along with ad-campaign criteria for each ad-campaigit 2. Present and facilitate browse through of the collection of content owners' digital assets and the ad-space criterion associated to each digital asset, published by content.

3. Present and facilitate browse through of the collection of ad-campaigns and the corresponding ad-campaign criterion created by advertisers themselves.

4. Present and facilitate browse through of all the ad-space offers from content owners and either accept or reject those ad-space offers.

S. Implement Target Content based advertising by initiating and submit an ad-campaign offers to the content owners (0070] Advertiser, through the advertiser user interface 101 may choose to create a new ad-campaign along with its ad-campaign criteria by selecting the option 101(a) which results in invoking the ad-campaign manager 102.

The ad-campaign manager 102 receives the ad-campaigns created by the advertisers via their advertiser user interface 101, extracts and encodes the advertisement asset of the ad-campaign using the encoding service 009 and stores into the data store 006. This encoding service 009 may be an inbuilt service or a 3'' party service.

[00711 Also the advertiser, through advertiser user interface 101, may define ad-campaign publishing criterion 104, to publish their ad-campaign to content owners. The publishing criterion can define either a set of favourite content owners or all the registered content owners.

Once the advertisers selects their ad-campaign to publish, it will result in invoking the Ad-Campaign publishing service 103 which in turn makes use of user community Manager 008 to identify Either the set of favourite content owners or of all the registered content owners respectively based on the ad-campaign publishing criterion and publishes the ad-campaign to the content owners.

[0072] Also the advertiser through the advertiser user interface 101 can implement target content based advertising (as explained foregoing) by initiating and submitting ad-campaign offers (as explained foregoing) to the content owners.
