Abstract

The present invention provides a valve arrangement (10) for location on a vessel (12) for holding liquids, comprising: a supporting member (14) configured to form a valve seat; a deformable sealing member (20) located against said valve seat (IS) and arranged for deformation under an applied pressure to present a first gap between said sealing member (20), and said valve seat (16) in a region where pressure is applied to allow a liquid to be dispensed from the vessel (12) via said valve arrangement (10), and a second gap between said sealing member (20) and a valve seat (18) in a region where pressure is applied, to allow air to enter said valve arrangement.
