Abstract

The vehicle has its A, B and C pillars between the roof and chassis of transparent and shatterproof material to eliminate blind spots and affording the driver 360 degrees visual field. The cross-section of each pillar provides a flat surface facing the driver and an opposite curved surface.

Description

DESCRIPTION
EXISTING SITUATION >> THE PROBLEM CAR ROOF STRUC11JRE IS GENERALLY SUPPORTED BY 6 VERTICAL METAL OPAQUE PILLARS.
THE PILLARS PARTIALLY OBSTRUCT THE DRIVERS VIEW.
THE FRONT PILLARS BEING CLOSE TO THE DRWER MEAN THAT IF THE
DRIVER MOVES HIS HEAD BACK AND FORTH HE CAN AWKWARDLY SEE
MOST OF THE TRAFFIC AHEAD.
HOWEVER THE SIDE PILLARS AND ESPECIALLY THE REAR PILLARS PRESENT
A SERIOUS VISUAL IMPEDIMENT.
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO OVERCOME THE BLIND SPOTS.
THESE BLIND SPOTS ENCOURAGE THE DRIVER TO ESTIMATE OR GUESS THE
TRAFFIC SITUATION..THIS BECOMES A MOST DANGEROUS SITUATION.
THE INVENTION PANORAMIC VISION'
RESOLVES THIS PROBLEM
PANORAMIC VISION' CONSISTS OF THE METAL OPAQUE PILLARS BEING REPLACED WITH SHATI'ERPROOF TRANSPARENT PERSPEX OR SIMILAR MATERIAL.
THE CROSS SECTION OF THESE PILLARS IS A SEMI-CIRCLE FOR EXTRA
STRENGTH AND SUPPORT..WITH THE FLAT SURFACE FACING TOWARDS THE DRIVER FOR MAXIMUM CLEAR VISION>>
