Abstract

The HEFECT is designed to monitor the internal and external temperature, humidity and pressure of the air. It will have a combined temperature, humidity and air pressure sensor or sensors. It will also have the facility to record energy source usage, and waste gas omittance. It will have wireless slave activators (WSAs), which will have combined temperature, humidity and air pressure sensor or sensors. Each WSA will carry a storage flash card which will automatically down load to the HEFECT at regulated intervals the information collected on the temperature, humidity and pressure of internal and external air. The HEFECT will store all information on an internal storage flash card. The HEFECT will also download information as to the energy used by the property from reading the meters for electricity, gas and any other source of energy. It will have the facility to allow the data stored to be downloaded onto a flash stick. The HEFECT will be supported by computer software which will allow comparisons to be made as to energy used and amount of waste gases emitted with a fully compliant property (With present legislation and Government proposals for compliance with future restriction on energy use).

Description

24 1 5509 HOUSE EVALUATOR FOR ENERGY CONSERVATION TERMINAL (HEFECT) with
WIRELESS SLAVE ACTIVATOR (WSA) The HEFECTis designed to monitor the internal and external Wireless Slave Activators, which are part of this submission. T hey (WSAs), will record the temperature, humidity and pressure of the air, and report back to the wireless portable terminal (HEFECT). The HEFECT will also register the energy sources within a property tor amount used and cost.
The wireless slave activators (WSAs), number of which will be reliant on the size of the property.
Each WSA will carry a storage flash card which will automatically down load to the HEFECT at regulated intervals the information collected on the temperature, humidity and pressure of internal and external air.
The HEFEC'rt will store all information on an internal storage flash card.
The HEFECT will also download information as to the energy used by the property from reading the meters for electricity, gas and any other source of energy.
The HEFECT will be supported by computer software which will allow comparisons to be made as to energy used and amount of waste gases emitted with a fully compliant property (With present legislation and Government proposals for compliance with future restriction on energy use) .
The HEFECT will also allow for stored records to be used as comparisons, with other similar compliant properties.
