VITSSILFJROCKET SHAPF.0 BAIT DROMER Bait droppers / Spods are commonly used by anglers as a method for delivering fish bait to a designated area in the water.

The bait dropper or 'sped', as it is commonly known, is attached by the angler to the fishing line. It is then filled with the anglers choice of bait and then cast to the chosen area by the means of a fishing rod.

The Bait dropper / Spod has strategically placed flights to the rear to give it stability and accuracy in flight when cast by the rod. Once the bait is delivered by the dropper in to the water, it is then retrieved to be refit led and cast back out i f required.

Bait droppers / spods are usually manufactured in various colours to aid visual tracking in flight in good light conditions by the angler. This is a special type of bait dropper I spod where the whole or part ofthe bait dropper / sped is constructed from any luminous or light absorbing material for use in low light or darkness. The angler would use a light source such as a torch, which would be directed at the spod / bait dropper which in turn would absorb the light making the Bait dropper / sped 'glow' in poor light or dark conditions.

1. A bait dropper or spod that is manufachred Ground or coated or painted with any luminous or light absorbing material that glows in low light or dark conditions. To be used for the placement of bait in a designated area whilst fishing.
