Abstract

A ratchet box wrench comprising: a head 20, with a rounded enclosed box portion 21, a circumferential groove in the box portion 211, a spring 222, and a recess 22 on a circumference of the box portion. A rounded ratchet device 30 is also included, with circumferential teeth 301 and a ring groove 302, where a c-shaped ring 40 is positioned between the ring groove and the circumferential groove to fasten the rachet device in the box portion. A complementary block 50 is placed in the recess, comprising an upper section 52, a staged member 51, and a socket 501. A toothed block 60 is located in the recess with a toothed section 61 on one side, being matingly engaged with the circumferential teeth, to permit motion of the ratchet device in one direction, and a socket 601 opposite the socket of the complementary block for the spring.

FIELD OF THE MENTION
The present invention relates to v and more particularly to a ratchet box wrench with Improved characteristics.
BAgiCGRC)UND OF THE INVENTION A conventional ratchet box wrench is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 in which head 10 of wrench comprises a rounded enclosed box portion 11, a rounded ratchet device 12 eragecl in the box Motion 11, and a recess 111 on a Circumference 10 of box portion 11. The head 10 of wrench further comprises a tooted block 13, a complemental blodc 14, and a spring 15 all within the recess 111. Typically, reoses 111 is configured to be slightly larger m the total volume of components rived therein for facilitating assembly. Complemental block 14 is dhposod beside toothed block 13 for preventing over rived component 15 (e.g., tot block 13)1m removing. further, complemental block 14 can retain toothed block 13 in place which may vibrate during operation of wrench.
Complemental block 14 is perrnined to slightly slide within recess 111.
However, Such arrangement may cause one side of complemental block 14 to contact ratchet device 12 durir operation of wrench. And in turn it can cause 20 rash operation. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 2 specifically, spring 15 is anchored between toothed block 13 and complemental block 14 for exerting an expans on form on complemental block 14 to cause one side of complemental block 1410 contact ratchet device 12. Such friction further hinders the normal operation of wrench. Henoe, a need exists for an improved ratchet box wrench.
SUMNIA OF THE!NYE1ON
It is hire an object of the present invention to provide a ratchet box
wrench comprising a head including a rounded enclosed box portion, a circumfereral groove in the box portion, a spring, and a recess on a circumference of box portion; a rounded ratchet device induding circurrerentid teeth and a ring groove; a C-shaped ring clung between the ring 5 groove and me drcunderential groove for fastening the ratchet device in the box portion; a Complemental block in the recess and including an upper snapping ion, a staged member along one side of the snapping section for snapping the Camped ring, and a socket; and a toothed block in the recess and including a toothed section on one side being matingly engaged with the 10 circumferential ted for permitting motion of the ratchet device in one direction and a socket opposite to the socket of the complemental block for receiving the spring therebeeen.
The above and other objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed descnption taken 15 with me accornpanyir drawings.

Repairs to FIGS. 3 to 5, there is shown a preferred embodiment of ratchet box wrench constructed in accordar win e invention comprising a head 20 induding a rounded enclosed box portion 21, a arcurnferential groove 211 in 5 the box portion 21, a spring 222, and a recess 22 on a circurnferencs of the box portion 21; o rounded ratchet device 30 including circumferential teeth 301 and a nng groove 302; a Shaped ring 40 clung between ring groove 302 and the cirntial groove 211 for fastening the ratchet device 30 in the box portion 21; a complemental block 50 including a Snapping section 52 on top, a staged 10 member 51 along one side of snapping section 52 for snapping the C-shaped ring 40, and an oblique socket 501; and a toothed block 60 including a toothed Ion 61 on one side being metingly engaged with teeth 301 for permitting motion of ratchet Devon 30 in one direction and an oblique socket 601 opposite to Comet 501 for slantly receiving spring 222 therebetween. Note that both 15 complemental blow 50 and toothed block 60 are disposed within the recess 22.
Moreover, the prounion clef staged member 51 can increase an engagement area of oomphmental block 50 and Shaped ring 40. Also, recess 22 is configured to be slightly larger than the total volume of components (e.g. , complemental block 50, toothed block 60, and spring 222) received therein for 20 facilitating assembly. Further, Vile retaining of complemental block SO in recess 22 is enhanced by the engagement of Cshaped ring 40 thereto. As an end, the operation of wrench is more smooth and reliable.
